If anyone wants to make muffins or cupe cakes but they always break, get a silicone muffin cooker, you can get them at the dollar store and they are awsome ^^ easy to clean and your muffins never break ^^

I make good pie. Quite willing to share recipies, I am.
Crust hint: Spend less time mixing, this'll make it flakier, but make sure it's well mixed. About five minutes should do it and don't add a lot of flour to keep it from sticking when you roll it out, the more you add the tougher the crust. The last part I think is common knowledge.
PRE-MADE CRUST IS BAD!! Unless you're making cheesecake... 3nodding

OH OH OH ME!
When bakeing a pie/cake/brownie or anything else in a pan, insted of using PAM use a shorting like Crisco and rub it on the pan. Anti Stick.

If you want to try baking your own bread, but have problems with it not rising, either heat your oven up just a bit and let it rise in there, or put a towel over a heating pad and turn it on low. Let your bread rise on the warm heating pad. Works great!

The only thing I like can make is cake.
So I guess I'll give tips on that.
- Always make sure the bater is even, and fluffed.
- When your making a cake, try to avoid using milk.
- If you want to sweeten the cake, use brown sugar instead of white.
- And when you want to test to see if the cake is done. ( In the oven )
Take the cake out, and stick a toothpick straight into it. If it's a little dirty, you need to cook it more.
( For my cakes to look pretty, hee hee. I use a whipped icing, and take lumps and put them in seperate bowls. Then I use food dye ( Coloring gell. Only used for icing. ) and put a pinch of the coloring in each bowl.
Them I either do a plaid sketch, or something to represent the moment.
( Birthdays, Valentines, Mother's Day. . . etc.)

(Please be aware I don't know if this is true or not, it's just something I read a few minutes ago in my book)
"Rose petals are edible; you just lay them out on a cookie sheet, sprinkle them with sugar and bake them at a very low temperature for half an hour."
I really want to find out if this is true... Could be interesting, and maybe even good... Knowing me, I'd want to add cinnamon though.
So therefore, I must find out if it's true, and I must try it, with and without cinnamon.

I've been told it is. Just make sure they're organic, no pesticides or whatever. But I haven't tried yet.
