lol That's pretty cute. X3 I need to make myself a new theme, I haven't touched my code since the day we were allowed to fiddle with our profiles, and that was back in early November! XD
I'm probably going to make myself a KH2- No! Super Smash Bros. Melee theme! :'D

It's fairly simple once you get the hang of it. This forum has a lot of guides to writing CSS for your profile. To utilize it, though, you have to make your own graphics.
If you can't, TekTek has some great themes that are premade. ^^
