Here, once again, mist is king. The pokemon are indeed insane and will attack you and throw you into the water. Funnily enough that won't kill you. Surprizingly the Solrock are immune to the mist and will help you if you just ask nicely. They will also attack you if you're a shadow human. All in all, an easy cavern to survive in. Just be warned about what you just might meet once you get out...
