Okay, big city number three right here. This place, too, has been hit pretty hard by hurricane weather...but their's is pretty mild by far. What people are really nervouse about is the big black cloud off the coast. It looks like a storm clouds...only blacker....and the lightning is bigger. Otherwise you can hang out in the museum, the contests, the mart, all that good stuff. Oh, and the bad guy's old fort is plugged up. Sorry.
