i dont know if this goes here or not but i want some honest movie reviews. the grading is out of 5....it could be 5 of any iteam you like it's cool if you get a picture of it that way you can have a visual aid....lol
um i will review the movie i saw most recently [ it doesnt have to be recent it just has to be a movie you saw that you think other people will want to see....]
STAY ALIVE: rating: heart heart out of 5
synopsis: a group of friends acquires a movie from someone that is not yet out in stores. there is no instructions, no players manual. The only thing these friends know is that they have to stay alive. However, strange things start happening that lead the friends to believe that something is wrong with the game. they now have to figure out what it is and stop it before they all scum to the weirdness.
acting: it wasnt as bad as i was expecting it to be. i thought some of the actors where really well played however some parts of the movie, for example running and being scared, where lacking.
plot: it was a good idea. i liked the fact that the video game was killing people and i enjoyed the background information that was given. it was enough info that you understood but not to much that it ruined the movie. if they had better actors i think it could have been one of the better movies i've seen but
Overall: overall i think it's worth renting or going in on a cheap nite (that's tuesdays where i live) but other wise i would say see it cuz there are some good parts but rent it just incase you dont like it.

Fight Club then Pulp Fiction.
Gangs of new York was my favorite modern film.
The Ten Cammandments, Sparticus, the Sound of Music and Lawrence of Arabia were my favorite oldies.

I loved Gattacca, it's always the first movie that pops into my head so it must be my favorite. Also, pretty much anything with Nicholas Cage on.

I've run into some people like that on gaia before and they are serious with the hate! do you know they wont rent that movie out? i tried to rent it from blockbuster and rogers and neither of them carried it....dont you think there is a reason for that?

savingzero Karrobher I loved Gattacca, it's always the first movie that pops into my head so it must be my favorite. Also, pretty much anything with Nicholas Cage on. i'm not sure if i saw that?! tell me what it's about again? Well, it's like this... in the not-so-distant future, couples can genetically pick out what their children will be like... Anyway, there was this couple who decided to keep their first born... and the geneticists and specialist analyzed this child and told them that the boy would have an incredibly short lifespan, low body-defenses, miopia and all sorts of genetic diseases... so the dad decided to have an "enhanced" son afterwards.... But the boy grew up as average as we might expect from our time... unfortunately, in a world where average wasn't enough, he just didn't seem to do the cut for pretty much anything but being a Janitor which was the lowest job ever, reserved for the un-enhanced humans or, "de-gene-erates"...
But he found a way up... in the black market he found the one thing he needed to fulfill his dream to become an astronaut in Gattacca, the most important Cosmos-exploring and research agency of the world, where only the finest of the finest enhanced humans could enter: the identity and genetic material of an olympic Athlete.
This movie is about the struggle of the human determination over prejudice and "naturally-born" talent.
