OK here's what I found:

Other than that I found that the last time he posted was the 19th and he had posted several times a day everyday going back till at least the 15th so something happened. If you look at his most resent posts there seems to be an abrupt end to his posting (in he was posting at a fairly constant rate and doesn't mention that he is going to leave or that he is getting ready to do so) which could mean that he was banned. Also his last post on the Alternate Forum was on the 8th so if you try to contact him there you might be waiting for a good deal of time.

That's the best I can do hope that helps, please update us when and if you contact him.

I think this is him because his IGN profile says he's 22 and which matches his gaia birth day (11 Oct 1981).

Also there is a Sh0plifter at GameFAQs but since there isn't a way to search for members at GameFAQs that probably wouldn't help much.

sh0plifter still comes on using various mules. "RPG Elite" being the one I've seen him use the most.

I'm not 100% sure whether or not he got banned because I heard from someone the mods have no record of him being banned at all...and my source has always been reliable.

I'm also not 100% sure that Teh Sh0p is sh0plifter, but there is a good possibility that he is.

as far as him being banned for something about you, tifa, if the banning really did happen, it wasn't because of you. it had to do with him "buying" his friend's gaia account cause they stopped playing..that combined with a certain mod supposedly out to get him, led to the supposed banning.

I'm using supposed and what not because all the information I have is based on another party. well, the "supposed" reason that i gave came from sh0p himself.
