Roselyn Peters: "The following contest is a Ladder Match with a 60 minute time limit and is for the GWA Grand Championship!"

"Introducing first, the challenger, from Detroit, Michigan, weighing in at 270 pounds and standing 6 feet 6 inches tall, he is 'The Ali of Thugism' KILLA K!!!"

The lights in the arena immediately dim and the entrance flashes and sparkles as the opening sounds of "Battlecry" from Samurai Champloo booms out through the speakers, almost moving the arena. The strobe lights flicker on and off, lighting up the stage with flashes of white. The lights on the side of the curtain up on the stage twinkle almost like diamods.

sharp like an edge of a samurai sword
the metal blade cut through flesh and bone
though my mind's at peace, the world out of order
missing the inner heat, life gets colder
oh yes, I have to find my path
no less, walk on earth, water, and fire
the elements compose a magnum opus
my modus is operandi is amalgam
steel packed tight in microchip
on my arm a sign of all-pro
the ultimate reward is honor, not awards
at odds with the times in wars with no lords

a freelancer,
a battle cry of a hawk make a dove fly and a tear dry
wonder why a lone wolf don't run with a klan
only trust your instincts and be one with the plan

To the crowd's pleasure, Killa K comes outs from behind the curtains to an overwhelming, ear-deafining pop, wearing his signature all black hoodie, black, baggy pants, and matching black Air Force Ones. His brown eyes roam the hyped-up crowd in attendance for the show. The crowd stands up on their feet, greeting him with a shower of cheers. Killa takes a few steps up, never expecting this type of reception from the crowd, but loving every second of it. A small smirk springs across his face. He throws his arms up in the air, he breathes in the fresh air and pulls his hood back, showing off his brand new braids(or ponytail/pressed out hair). He begins to walk forward and make his way to the GWA ring, hyping the crowd up along the way, prepared for the battle ahead of him.

some days, some nights
some live, some die
in the way of the samurai
some fight, some bleed
sun up to sun down
the sons of a battlecry

some days, some nights
some live, some die
in the way of the samurai
some fight, some bleed
sun up to sun down
the sons of a battlecry

Killa strides past the screaming fans walking right up the steel steps, eyeing the crowd, his left eyebrow slightly raised in amusement. He enters the ring going through the middle rope. Once in the squared circle Killa takes another moment to look at the crowd, loving every second of what was happening. He walks past the ref and steps up on the second rope on the upper right turnbuckle, throwing his arms up in the air again, getting another pop from the huge audience. He steps down and goes to the left turnbuckle opposite of the one he was on, repeating the same taunt. Killa jumps down from that turnbuckle and turns to face the entrance, waiting for his opponent. He takes the time to remove his hoodie and hat as he nods his head with his music as it hits the next verse.

far east style with the spirit of wild west
the "quote-unquote" code stands the test of
time for the chosen ones to find the best of
noble minds that ever graced the face of
a hemisphere with no fear, fly over

the blue yonder where
the sky meets the sea
and eye meets no eye
and boy meets world
and became a man to serve the world
to save the day, the night, and the girl too

some days, some nights
some live, some die
in the way of the samurai
some fight, some bleed
sun up to sun down
the sons of a battlecry

"And his opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Saria Nalick, from Muskegon, Michigan, weighing in at 242 pounds and standing 6 feet 2 inches tall, he is the GWA Grand Champion, Pound for Pound King, 'The Aphotic Rose' STEVE 'SAVIOR' TWIST!!!"

Let's admire the pattern forming
Murderous filigree
I'm caught in the twisting of the vines

Go ascend with ivy climbing
Ignore and leave for me
The headstone crumbling behind

With the sounds of AFI's "God Called In Sick Today" making their way around the arena the majority of fans in attendance begin jeering loudly. This can signal the entrance of only one man, the GWA Grand Champion Steve "Savior" Twist. As the song nears the first chorus the outstandingly conceited Steve makes his way out from the back onto the top of the meager entrance ramp, Saria at his side.

I can't help my laughter as she cries!
My soul brings tears, to angelic eyes!

Taunts, jeers, boos, and a few minor pieces of snack food continue to fly Steve's way as he looks around at the crowd, a rose resting gently in his mouth. Twist keeps this held between his teeth as he strides down the entrance ramp, looking far more dignified than the trash who paid their hard earned salary to see him.

Let's amend the classic story
Close it so beautifully
I'll let animosity unwind

Steal away the darkened pages
Hidden so shamefully
I'll still feel the violence of the lines

At the bottom of the entrance ramp Steve pauses prior to signaling for Saria to stand in front of him. She does and with the grace of a deity Steve places his lips to hers in order to change possession of the rose. Now that the flower is safely stored with the one who understands him the most Twist can make his way up the ring steps and into the ring, garnering more jeers from the crowd. There are of course the few cheers from ladies in the audience, but Steve completely ignores them as he steps between the ropes and into the ring.

I can't help my laughter as she cries!
My soul brings tears, to angelic eyes!
And miles away my mother cries!
OMNIPOTENCE! NURTURING MALEVOLENCE!

As "God Called In Sick Today" fades out Steve looks down at the GWA Grand Championship that is placed around his waist. Even if it is a piece of trash it gives Steve the power to do what he pleases. This brings some slight laughter to the champion who stares down whoever his meaningless opponent is tonight. Referee Peter London, who doesn't plan on being in the ring long, takes the GWA Grand Championship belt from Steve and raises it in the air to show the crowd. While he goes over to show it to Killa, Saria places the rose from Twist down on the announce table prior to making her way to the back. This seems to be something Twist and her have agreed on beforehand, although the crowd seems somewhat surprised by this turn of events. One last flash of the belt to everyone in the building signals the end of London's ring time as he hands the belt over to those in charge of hanging the belt up. While they bring a ladder into the ring and get ready Steve stands calmly in the corner as if to laugh at Killa who looks ready to tear the champion's head off. Finally, once the belt has been hung up and the ladder has been placed back down by the ring barrier on the outside, the match is ready to get underway.

The bell rings...

Killa RUSHES at Steve only a split second after the bell rings and, needless to say, it is on! Straight right hands connect directly to the face of the champion by the challenger as the overstuffed Gambino Recreational Center is rocked with the cheering of a crowd that has been electric all night. Twist isn't even able to fight back with his body trapped in the corner and the crowd seems to sing along with glee as punch after punch connects to the shaken head of the GWA Grand Champion. Finally Killa pauses from his assault, only to grab Steve by the hair and literally toss him out of the ring through the ropes. This doesn't mean Kal is done with his initial assault however. On the contrary, the challenger follows immediately to the outside where he rips Twist off the ground and levels him with a European Uppercut that flings the champ back into the near barricade! A second European Uppercut connects with the jaw of "The Aphotic Rose" as people in the arena are actually shoving others out of the way to get a better view. In most cases this might cause problems, but all that can be heard as Killa connects with yet another EuroCut is the sounds of a joyous crowd who just want to see Twist get what's coming to him. Not wanting to only give the fans nearest them a good show, Killa decides to grab onto the hair of Steve once more as he goes to move him to the right side of the ring. When Kal does this though Twist strikes back swiftly with some solid shots to the back of Killa prior to hitting the challenger with a Back Suplex on the floor! The insane amount of cheering suddenly turns to an overwhelming amount of jeers as soon as Twist hits this. The boos resounding throughout the arena don't let up a bit as the GWA Grand Champion stands to his feet, trying to shake off the effects of being hit in the head. Not surprising to Steve at all is the fact his nose is already bleeding, but he doesn't have long to worry about this as "The Ali of Thugism" gets back to his feet and comes right back after Steve again!

Rather than going on the defensive Steve stands up to Killa by connecting with a right hook to the jaw that rattles the challenger's brain. In most circumstances Killa might be worried or care that Twist just hit that punch, but with the GWA Grand Championship on the line the challenger doesn't seem to give a damn as he hits Twist with a left to the body. A vicious right EuroCut leaves Steve's head flying back as the crowd comes alive once again. Not one to be outdone however, Steve plants his feet firmly on the ground as he comes back at Killa with a flurry of chops that send sickening sounds through the arena that are covered up by a thick layer of boos. One last resounding chop to the chest of Killa leaves Twist feeling positive about his ability to strike, but this feeling leaves in a flash as Killa comes back with a flurry of chops on Steve! Shot after shot echoes through the arena, or at least they would if the sound could be heard over the extremely noisy crowd. With his chest already turning red Twist sees that he needs to do something quickly and puts this plan into action by ducking under a wide chop from Kal immediately after Steve's back hits the ring barricade. Having Killa off balance Steve follows up on his advantage by hitting several punches to the body of Kal, only to once again be stopped as the "Canvas Assassin" brings his knee into the gut of Twist during the interval between his punches. A second knee to the gut connects easily to the winded GWA Grand Champion and allows Killa to place his arms around the midsection of Steve prior to hitting a GUTWRENCH BACKBREAKER! Throughout the Rec. Center cheers roar out as the GWA fans know the significance of this move between these two competitors. "KILLA K" chants start before long as the challenger catches his breath on the ground prior to rising to his feet and raising his hand in the air to acknowledge the crowd. Steve on the other hand holds his back in pain as he gets to his hands and knees and manages to get himself back in the ring.

Looking down while still on the outside Kal sees a ladder propped against the ring barricade, but he decides not to go for it at this point in time and instead follows Twist into the ring. With "The Aphotic Rose" still hurting Killa thinks about resting up at this point in time, but decides against it as he comes closer to Steve who has draped himself over the far middle rope to rest. Grabbing Steve by the hair Killa lifts him back to his feet before placing him in a waistlock, something Twist wasn't expecting as he had anticipated a charging attack. With the crowd growing silent in wait for the next big move of "The Ali of Thugism" Kal goes to lift Twist up for a German Suplex. "You're five years too green to catch me with that!" Steve shouts out as he wraps his legs around the legs of Killa as soon as he is lifted into the air. Right as Killa puts Steve back down on the ground to go for a second attempt the smaller individual breaks the waistlock Kal has applied before commencing a standing switch in order to place Killa into a waistlock. Before the "Pound for Pound King" can even attempt anything from this position however, he is slammed in the temple with a crude elbow from Kal that serves to make Steve break the waistlock and stagger backwards. Turning around swiftly Killa moves towards his opponent with a calmer look now than he had earlier, the revenge seeking seeming to take a backseat to the yearning to win the title. Steve on the other hand can't seem to stand being taken so lightly by his opposition and comes back away from the ropes with a strong chop across the chest that halts Kal in his tracks. A second chop by Twist takes the calmness right out of Kal who comes back with a heavy EuroCut to the champ as the crowd erupts in cheering once again. Another European Uppercut comes hurtling at Steve as a follow up, but this one is avoided as Steve leans backwards onto the ropes prior to coming forward with a JUMPING KNEE! This catches Killa totally off guard and has the challenger stumbling back in a daze as Twist rushes forward to level Killa with a LARIATOOOOOO!!

After taking Killa down with his forceful Lariat, Twist decides it's time to go after the ladder, but not before the challenger can get a say in the matter. Killa forces himself back to his feet and dives at the champ, landing a double-axe handle on Twist. But luckily, Twist sees the attack way before Killa could scratch him, so Twist blocks it, chopping Kal across his chest again, a tactic that doesn't seem to sit well with Killa. Twist ducks under Killa's attempt for a clothesline, grabbing him by the head and hitting a stunning neckbreaker. Killa grimaces as the pain from their previous matches comes back to haunt him. With his neck not being at one hundred percent, this leaves Kal's neck as an open target, one that Twist easily takes note of. With Killa still laying on the ground, Twist turns him over on his side, beginning to drive his knee into the back of Kal's neck. The GWA crowd immediately gets on Twist's case over this, but the "Pound for Pound King" simply ignores them, blocking out the jeers with a sickening laugh. Leaving Kal to hold his neck, Twist switches up his offense and now takes the time to drop some brutal elbows on Kal's neck. Each of these elbows causing the challenger to yell out in agony. Though Twist enjoys seeing Kal laying on the ring in utter pain, he knows he'll have to do more than some knees and elbows to keep the "Canvas Assassin" down. Twist makes his move on Killa, lifting him up and delivering a deadly chop to the side of Killa's neck, before doubling the challenger over with a knee to the gut. Twist pulls Killa into a front facelock, lifting Killa up into the air, before planting him a Brainbuster, dropping the challenger right on his neck again. Twist seems satisfied with this, but doesn't want to take any chances so he picks Kal right back up, launching him into the nearest corner. With Kal subdued, Twist charges at Killa, going for another JUMPING K-NOO!!! Kal ducks under Twist, causing Twist to go flying over the top turnbuckle and flipping to the outside, almost landing on his head. Killa drops to his knees, opportunity giving him a chance to gain some energy and knock the cobwebs free from his neck.

Killa rolls out of the ring, following after a dazed Twist, who is still trying to figure out where he is after that insane fall. Killa snatches Twist up by his neck, tossing him into the barricade. Some of the front row fans get into Twist's face, yelling numerous cuss words at the champ, but they really go crazy when Killa smacks Twist into the crowd with a vicious EuroCut. Once Twist realizes where he is, he goes ballistic, trying to escape the GWA crowd, but is stopped by a hard chop from Killa. Twist returns the favor with a chop of his own, but Kal forces Twist back into some fans with another chop. Kal grabs a cup of beer from one of the fans and bashes it over Twist's head, pouring some of it down his own throat, and then returning to Twist who doesn't seem too pleased by Kal's actions. Killa tries to grab Twist, but Twist quits playing possum and flips Killa over the barricade, leveling the fans and even going as far to spit at them. Turning his attention back to Killa, Twist sends the challenger into the ring post, but with Kal still clinging to the post, Twist delivers a chop to his neck, one that brings Killa straight to his knees. Twist takes a few steps back, getting a good look at Killa before dropping him with a boot to the back of his head. Twist seems to be fed up with Killa so he goes after a ladder. With Killa slouched up against the ring post still, Twist charges at the "Ali of Thugism" and sandwiches him with the ladder! Killa slumps over and drops to the floor as Twist moves over to the side of the ring with the ladder preparing to do something with it. Everyone looks on, wondering what the hell Twist is gonna do with it, but then they see exactly what's up the "Pound for Pound King's" mind. He takes the ladder and lays it horizontally, one end laying on the barricade and the other on the apron. Twist walks over to Kal and smashes his head into the apron, before pulling him over to the ladder.

Kal tries to fight back, but his comeback goes unnoticed as Twist lifts the challenger up by his legs, then drops him face-first on the ladder! This easily knocks some stars out of Killa and gives Twist full control of his body. Twist "lifts" the 270 pounder up and lays him on his back, flat on the ladder. Twist then climbs back into the ring, walking to the opposite side of the ring. Everyone in attendance stands up on their feet, looking to on, some even praying that Twist isn't going to do what they think he is. The champ moves his lip up, showing off a devious grin, then launches himself towards Killa, jumping on the bottom rope, then jumping over and landing on the middle rope. Using the bounce from this, he boosts himself high into the air, going for a SPRINGBOARD LEG DROP ON THE LADD-NOOO!!!! Killa just barely dodges this a millisecond before Twist landed, causing the champ to crash and burn right on the ladder. The fans can't believe Killa was actually able to move out of the way, but he did, and this instantly has the crowd behind Killa again. Killa looks at the ladder and then back down at Twist, who is holding his right leg that he caught on the ladder, and actually smiles for the first time in this match. Killa now sets up Twist on the ladder exactly how Twist had him earlier. Killa slides back into the ring, pacing himself over to the opposite end of the ring. The fans start a "Killa K" chant, rooting the "Canvas Assassin" on. Kal then does the unthinkable, launching himself at Twist, diving out of the ring and crushing Twist with a SUICIDA SENTON SPLASH ON THE LADDER!!! The fans go into a frenzy just at the fact that a 270 pound man actually attempted a high risk move like that. Kal leaves Twist deserted outside the ring as he pulls the ladder into the squared circle. Killa pulls the ladder up and sets it up in the center of the ring. He begins to scale the ladder, climbing it one rung at a time, his goal of becoming GWA Champ drawing closer and closer with each step. 1 rung...2....3...4...Suddenly, Twist appears out of nowhere, driving the head of another ladder into the spine of Killa, forcing the challenger to crash to the canvas.

"I may not be able to jump, but I'm going to make it so you can't climb!" Twist shouts out in an uneven voice, the damage from earlier still present along with his heavy breathing after Kal knocked the wind out of him with the Senton. With the second ladder still in his hands Steve drives the top of it down into Killa's neck like a spear which gets a cringe worthy reaction out of the hurting challenger. Throwing the ladder back out of the ring Twist grabs the already set-up one and closes it before dropping it onto the ground. With all the pieces falling into place Twist drags Kal up to his hands and knees by his hair prior to smashing a knee into the side of the challenger's head. Shaking his knee slightly Steve brings Killa up to his feet into a front facelock, but he doesn't lift him further. Instead Steve balls his left hand into a fist and smashes it into the back of Killa's neck, right on the spine! Loud booing emanates through the Rec Center as well as many expletives directed at Steve, most fans knowing how dangerous a punch like that is. Twist doesn't care about the health of Kal at this point in the game however, and raises his fist into the air to do it again. Before he can Killa shoves forward, pushing Twist backwards until "The Aphotic Rose" collides back first with the near corner. Once more the change from booing to cheering takes only a split second and a smack to the face of Twist as Killa stands back up gets the crowd even more riled up. Not one to like having punishment dished out to him Twist goes to make Killa repent by hitting him with a slap of his own, but the "Canvas Assassin" avoids it and sends the champ crumbling back with another stiff EuroCut. With a dazed expression written on his face Steve can only watch helplessly as Killa sweeps him off the ground into a horizontal position prior to dropping the GWA Grand Champion across his knee with a Backbreaker. Rather than stopping at this Kal pushes his advantage by picking Twist back up off his knee and, using his dominating strength, walking Twist over to the ladder where he drops Steve down with a Sidewalk Slam onto the ladder!

Cringing in pain Twist arches his back up away from the ladder as the crowd cheers mockingly at him, truly not caring whether or not Steve gets injured tonight. Killa on the other hand only has one thing on his mind now and that is the GWA Grand Championship that is hanging over his head at this very moment. Bringing Twist back up to his feet Killa goes to deposit his nemesis on the outside of the ring by throwing him through the ropes, but sensing his belt is in danger Steve manages to hang onto the ropes so as not to allow this. The irritable challenger doesn't take too kindly to this and swiftly places a couple of right hands into the spine of Twist. The "Pound for Pound King" still doesn't lose his composure though and a now furious Kal turns around and grabs the ladder off the ground to convince Twist otherwise. When Killa turns back around he finds Steve jumping up onto the middle rope in order to hit a Springboard Moonsault Knee Strike!! Letting his instincts takeover Killa lifts the ladder into the air to block Steve's knee, but it comes back crashing into his face and makes him fall to the canvas along with Twist. While that move bought him some time it also damaged the right knee of Steve to some extent. Luckily for Steve it damaged Killa even more which the challenger finds as he sits up, blood pouring into his eyes from where the edge of the ladder sliced into his forehead! The crowd stares on silently as the gash on Kal's head appears to be very deep, but even this won't stop Killa who pushes himself to his feet while Steve uses the ropes to get up. Blinded by blood and a head full of rage Killa charges at Steve and together they go through the ropes and out to the floor as the silence across Gambino breaks with massive cheers! Both men are seeing stars from this collision, but as they get on their hands and knees Steve begins to crawl away towards the announce table, leaving Killa behind to wipe blood out of his eyes. This doesn't take the ever determined "Ali of Thugism" long and as soon as he gets back to his feet he makes his way towards Steve who has pulled himself up using the announce table and grabs the rose Saria left on it to place in his shirt.

"I'm dying to win your gold and you're picking flowers!" Killa shouts at Steve angrily prior to placing a forearm into Twist's back. This makes Steve stumble forward away from the announce table as Kal grabs the ring bell off it. Knowing full well where he would love to plant this, Killa stalks Twist with the ring bell as the anticipation of the GWA fans grows steadily. Finally, as Steve grabs onto the nearest ring barricade to keep himself on his feet Kal measures him before going to slam the ring bell into his skull! NO! At the very last second Steve ducks down as Killa has to stop himself quickly in-order to save a fan from getting smashed in the face. This lapse in concentration is exactly what the GWA Grand Champion was looking for and he quickly takes advantage of it by swooping around behind Killa and nailing the challenger with a Hangman's Neckbreaker. As Killa holds onto his neck in pain on the ground Steve just stares down at him with a look of pity. "You're better than that Kal!" Twist shouts out mockingly. "Hell, if it were me I would've just knocked this ******** out!" The "********" in question doesn't like the tone of Steve and tries to come across the barricade to get a piece of the champion as many in the audience cheer him on. Luckily the GWA security team is able to stop him, but a slap from Twist across the man's face just angers him further. Just as it looks like a riot is going to break out "The Aphotic Rose" finds himself being picked up off the ground as Killa hits him with a HALF NELSON BACKBREAKER!!! "KILLA K, KILLA K, KILLA K!" the lively beyond comparison GWA crowd starts to chant as the bloody challenger drags the limp body of the champion to his feet, only to then whip him viciously into the far ring barricade. With a crowd full of supporters eagerly awaiting his victory Killa makes his way over to Steve before picking him up and whipping him into a ring barricade once more, much to the delight of those in attendance. This time when Killa picks Twist up to his feet he throws him up onto the ring apron instead, wanting to let the entire crowd see the beating he is putting on the champ.

Dragging Twist to his feet on the ring apron "The Ali of Thugism" raises his right fist into the air before slamming Steve in the skull with several brutal punches. As punch after punch connects the skin on Steve's forehead begins to open up and blood starts to trickle from the champion now as well! Killa, who is already starting to become dizzy from his blood loss, doesn't want just a little bit of blood from Twist however. He wants to even up the playing field and the fans in attendance eat it up as Kal continues hitting blows to the head of Twist. Finally Killa lets up as blood starts to pour down the face of Steve, but the taunting from the challenger continues on. Without any warning whatsoever Kal finds himself in trouble once more as a dazed Steve pulls the rose out from his shirt and shoves the stem down Killa's throat!! The suddenness of this causes Killa to begin choking, but Twist doesn't give him anytime to recover as he slams Killa in the stomach with an uppercut prior to placing the challenger into a standing head scissors. Spitting the rose out of his mouth along with some blood, thanks to the thorns cutting his tongue and the insides of his cheeks, Kal desperately tries to fight out of this. It is to no avail however as Twist fights through his back pains in order to lift Killa up for a GANSO BOMB OFF THE RING APRON!!!! Not too long after the initial screams of joy and terror clear up the crowd, despite not liking Twist, begin to chant "DAN-GER-OUS, DAN-GER-OUS, DAN-GER-OUS!" Neither man can hear them at the moment however as both are lying on the floor of the Gambino Rec Center in a bloody heap. As the chants begin to wane the GWA Grand Champion shoves himself up to his feet, a maniacal smile lighting up his bloody face as he crawls into the ring. As Twist grabs the ladder to set it up in the middle of the ring the jeering begins to rain down on him as Killa still hasn't moved a muscle on the floor. Slowly Steve begins to climb, his whole body hurting from the vicious bumps he's taken this match. 1 rung...2...3...4...5...6...The belt is in the Champion's reach now, but as he places his hand closer to it a roar of cheering comes full force at him.

Turning his head slightly Twist sees Killa getting up off the floor, his eyes still alive but slightly glazed over. The fearsome gaze of Kal is what worries Steve however as he swiftly climbs up onto the seventh rung and begins fiddling with the strap of the belt. "COME ON, COME ON!" Steve thinks out loud as his shaking hands give him trouble grasping the belt. "Let's Go Killa!" chants start up from the crowd now as the challenger gets into the ring and comes closer to Twist. At this point Steve can't even think clearly as he turns around, the undying gaze of Killa still resting upon him. "WHY DON'T YOU DIE ALREADY?" Twist questions the challenger before leaping off the ladder for a KNEEEEE STRRRIIIK-NO! Killa grabs Twist on his shoulders and Powerbombs him straight to the canvas! "The Ali of Thugism" isn't done however as he lifts Steve back up and hits a second Powerbomb. While it doesn't even seem like his legs will hold Killa won't give up and as the red-hot crowd gets even louder Killa lifts Twist up once more before completing the LAST DESTINATION ONTO THE SET-UP LADDER!! The ladder crumbles under the weight of Twist who may be broken in a few pieces after that. Even with the advantage back to him though Killa is dead on his feet, surveying the damage in front of him before collapsing to the mat with his hands protecting his neck. Rather than waiting silently the crowd pounds on the barricades to urge Kal on. Knowing that now may be his final chance at gold Killa answers his fans by pulling himself back to his feet and going forward towards the fallen ladder and champion. With blood still running down his face the "Canvas Assassin" sets the ladder up in the center of the ring and begins to climb, willed on only by the cheering and his desire to win. 1 rung...2...3...4...5...Before Killa can even make it all the way to the belt the "Pound for Pound King" has made his way back to his feet and starts climbing up behind Kal. "That's as close as you'll ever be!" Twist shouts as he slams Killa with a punch to the lower back. Knowing he can't risk being thrown off course at this stage of the game Killa turns around on the ladder and smashes several elbows into the crimson forehead of Steve.

Looking ready to fall the GWA Grand Champion desperately grabs onto the pant leg of the challenger who continues his dye job of Steve's hair. Finally, Killa figures it's best to end this now and sets Twist into an awkward standing head scissors on the ladder. Many fans are skeptical of what Killa can do from this position, but the challenger shows them exactly what as he steps over the arms of Steve down onto the next rung to set up for a KHIDORI OFF THE LADDER!?! NOOO!! Through all his struggling Twist manages to make Kal lose his balance and both fall to the canvas which isn't too far below from where they ended up on the ladder. Now with blood spilling all over and the world getting blurry for both men they get off the mat and immediately begin to exchange chops and European Uppercuts. The problem is in their weakened states these don't do much damage. Nevertheless they continue the exchange until Steve looks fed up enough to clap his hands together for a BURNING AXE HANDLE CHOP!! NO! Killa ducks it and comes back with an AXE HANDLE EUROCUT!! Both Killa's forearms crash into the jaw and leave the champion dead on the canvas! Turning around Killa staggers forward until he grasps the rungs of the ladder in his hands to begin climbing it. 1 rung...2...3...4...Kal looks like he may fall off the ladder at any moment, but he continues to hang on. 5...6...As the belt comes into Killa's view something else does as well. On the other side of the ladder a maniacal look shoots through from below as Twist desperately begins climbing up as well. 7...The belt is in the hands of the challenger now, but the blood in his eyes combined with the fact there appears to be three belts in front of him makes it difficult to finish his task. Just as he goes to unhook the strap the challenger finds his face viciously bashed into the top of the ladder by Twist who has made it just in time. The heavy breathing of both men shows just how little rest they've been given in this match, but this doesn't make a bit of difference to Steve at the moment as he places Killa into a front facelock and lifts him into the air! Gasps of "holy s**t" fill the Rec Center as Twist turns around on the ladder with Kal still in the air in order to hit Killa with a HAWKEYE NECKBREAKER ONTO THE LADDER!!! NOOOO!!!

Killa fights out with knees to the face that force Steve to place him down onto the ladder to avoid falling off himself. As soon as he is free from Twist's grasp the challenger immediately nails the "Pound for Pound King" with a vicious EuroCut that almost makes Steve collapse right on the spot. Another one seems to be in the works as Kal brings his arm back again, but a swiftly chop to the face from Twist stops it in his tracks. Thanks to Kal's height the two are practically face to face as they try exchanging blows near the top of the ladder with a crowd full of people who approve cheering them on. This gives Steve an idea as he switches up to striking Killa in the midsection with knees prior to bringing his waist back and shoving forward to hit a LARIATOOOOOOOO OFF THE LADDER!!! Steve's arm smacks into the face of Killa who plummets to the ground below in front of a suddenly silent Gambino Rec Center. "What's wrong, cheer for him you assholes!" Twist yells at the crowd who begins jeering wildly as the GWA Grand Champion laughs at all of them from high above on the ladder. While Steve enjoys having the belt in clear sight Kal begins to move slightly on the ground, just to spite Twist and all the punishment he's been forced to dish out to an "inferior" opponent. Looking down angrily Twist mutters to himself before turning around, but instead of going after the belt Steve goes for a DIVING MOONSAULT OFF THE LADDER!!! AND MISSES as Killa rolls out of the way, leaving the champ to smash into the mat and hurt himself badly. The crowd seems shocked at Twist proving lightning really DOES strike twice, but don't especially care as they cheer on Kal who stands back up to his feet. When Killa goes to the ladder however he grabs it and folds it up rather than climbing it, confusing many in attendance. "I'll make sure you can't use that ******** knee again!" Kal shouts out as he places Steve's right leg between the sides of the ladder and descends the nearest corner while still constantly holding his neck. With everyone in the jam packed building wondering just what he is going to do Killa jumps off the top to hit the...

Drake: "THAT ***** CRAZY!!!"

...ONTO THE LADDER, CRUSHING STEVE'S LEG!!!

Claire: "I can't believe you just said that..."
Drake: "I'm just calling it like I see it."
Claire: "..."
Drake: "I mean, that's what he calls it. Yeah..."

"KILLA K, KILLA K, KILLA K!" "I ******** LOVE YOU MAN!" and "HOLY s**t!" are just a few of the crowd reactions from this as the electric crowd ignites in their support for the challenger. "The Ali of Thugism" may be rethinking his decision however as he holds onto his brutalized neck, hoping that he hasn't injured it severely during this match. The last thing he wants is to vacate the title when he wins it here. That thought reminds Killa of his objective as he stands back to his feet and pulls the ladder away from Steve who is crying out in pain, his once broken right leg possibly achieving that state again. Setting the ladder up in the middle of the blood soaked ring Killa begins to climb, his dream of becoming GWA Grand Champion just moments away now. 1 rung...2...3...4...5...6...7...The challenger has the belt in his grasp and has become the NEW GWA GRAND CHAMPION!!!

NOOOOO!!! On only a single leg the champion somehow is able to grab onto the foot of Kal and tries desperately to bring him down off the ladder. "Get off of me!" Killa shouts, only for Steve to reply with "I'll never let go ********!" This gets Twist plenty of half-amusing comments from the crowd along with some more booing, but "The Aphotic Rose" is dead serious now as he claws his way up the ladder with Killa trying to shake him off. Despite his back being injured and his right leg possibly broken Steve gets up to Kal's back on the ladder, only for the challenger to swing backwards with a Modified EuroCut! This almost sends Steve to his final resting place, but the GWA Grand Champion returns fire with a BURNING AXE HANDLE CHOP!!! On wobbling legs Killa lets go of the belt and looks ready to fall, only to grab onto the belt with both hands tightly to save himself. "GET! OFF! MY! BELT!" Twist shouts as he hits the back of Killa's neck with chops. The challenger STILL won't let go however, and with a disturbing laugh the "Pound for Pound King" brings his fist back, only to hit Killa with a DEMPSEY SMASH TO THE BACK OF THE NECK!!!! Hellacious jeers echo from the crowd as people demand something be done about such a blow, knowing full well it could've ended Kal's career. Anything goes in a match like this though which Steve shows as he wraps his arms around Killa's arms which fall limply away from the belt to hit Killa with the GEEEE-TEEEEE-OHHHHH OFF THE LADDER!!!! Headfirst into the ground Kal goes as the hearts of those in attendance skip a beat. "******** YOU TWIST!" Chants break the silence however as the GWA Grand Champion stands to his feet with tears of joy and blood mixing together. Grabbing onto the ladder Steve doesn't even look back at Killa who may be paralyzed as he climbs up the ladder. 1 rung...2...3...4...5...6...7...Twist lays his hands on the GWA Grand Championship and gives a devious laugh prior to unhooking the strap and raising it above his head!!!

Roselyn Peters: "And here is your winner, and STILL GWA Grand Champion, Steve 'Savior' Twist..."

From the back comes Saria who has been watching the entire time. Just as Steve looks like he'll fall right off of the ladder Saria helps him down, not even paying attention to Killa. Even though he has to be helped Twist is still celebrating quietly, knowing that he has kept the ghosts of the past behind him. Before he lets Saria take him away Steve stops her and looks down at Kal. "I admit, I respect you. But you'll still never be in my league, just like everyone else." Twist tells the unconscious Killa before being helped to the back. Meanwhile paramedics ready a stretcher for the challenger as officials at ringside help clean out the ring for the other main event of the evening. As Kal is carted off to the back some light applause comes from the crowd, but their disappointment in Steve walking away with the title once more clearly shows...

The crowd seems to be having some trouble calming down after that riotous ladder match, but the mood quickly changes as the opening beat of "Another Body Murdered" begins, the crowd quickly getting up to pound the barriers and clap as green laser lights flash around the curtains.

TURN ME UP!

The music increases in pace for a few moments, before a garbled scream drowns out for a second or two of silence, only to be replaced by the opening beat of "Guerilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine. Orange lights bathe the arena as the crowd changes the rhythm slightly, waiting until the quick blast of drum beats leads into the main part of the song, and Dar throws open the curtains. Standing at the end of the aisle, the Samoan looks out over the crowd as they begin to chant his name, nodding his head with the beat of it as he begins to make his way towards the ring, high-fiving fans on either side of the barrier as they lean across to pat him on the back and shout words of encouragement.

Transmission, third world war, third round
A decade of the weapon of sound above ground
No shelter if you're lookin' for shade
I lick shots at the brutal charade
As the polls close like a casket
On truth devoured
A silent play in the shadow of power
A spectacle, monopolized
The camera's eyes on choice disguised

Heading around the ring, Dar approaches a corner of the barriers and calls for a chair from the crowd, many people quickly getting up and holding theirs up to offer it. Dar grabs one, unfolding it and setting it down in the corner before climbing up and setting one foot on top of the barrier, looking out over the crowd with a grin before throwing his arms up in an X, most of the crowd doing the same.

Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?
Yes a spectacle, monopolized
They hold the reins, stole your eyes
All the fistagons, the bullets and bombs
Who stuff the banks, that staff the party ranks
More for Gore or the sun of a drug lord
None of the above, ******** it, cut the cord

Dar steps down off the chair and walks over to roll in under the bottom rope as the lights go out for a second, only to be replaced by strobing red and orange ones as the chorus begins, the crowd pounding the barrier harder, some joining in with the chorus itself.

LIGHTS OUT!
GUERILLA RADIO!

Turn that s**t up!

LIGHTS OUT!
GUERILLA RADIO!

Turn that s**t up!

LIGHTS OUT!
GUERILLA RADIO!

Turn that s**t up!

Dar walks over to his corner, pulling his jacket off in the process and handing it out to an official, grabbing the ropes and crouching down to stretch his arms out, shaking them a little before standing back up and leaning into the corner.

LIGHTS OUT!
GUERILLA RADIO!

The lights fade out once again, then come back on with their normal white glow, the crowd now turning their attention back towards the entrance aisle. Some parts of the crowd are already chanting "DANTE! DANTE! DANTE!", but most just wait in silence, knowing that the Cocky Canadian will keep them in suspense, as usual. Despite the fact that it's almost a minute before the first drum beats of "Away" by Breaking Benjamin begin, Dar never seems to get frustrated, just continuing some last-minute stretches. As the guitars kick in, Dante walks through the curtains, mostly met by cheers from the crowd, though a noticeable decrease from those that Dar received, including some scattered boos. As the next riff begins, Dante lifts his arms up, doing it a little slower than usual to make sure the two belts he has draped over his shoulders don't fall off. Finally, he lowers his arms, opening his eyes again with a cocky smirk before walking towards the ring as the lyrics start up.

Cold, am I
I'm beside myself
Because there's no one left...

Dante seems to be ignoring the crowd, even though a few manage to learn over the barriers and slap him on the shoulders, the Cocky Canadian's attention turned up to the ring and his opponent inside it. Turning to the side at the last minute, he walks up the steel steps, then bends down to slip through the ropes and into the ring.

Have I grown so blind (so blind)?
Only God could save you
If you knew your way to the light...

Now seeming to be ignoring Dar mostly, Dante heads over to the upper-left corner of the ring and climbs up onto the ropes.

So fly away and leave it behind,
Just stay awake, there's nowhere to hide...

As the chorus begins, Dante raises his arms as he had in the entrance aisle, smirking again as he's met with a more intense reaction of the reception he'd received when he'd first gone past the curtains. After a moment, he hops back down and heads to the opposite corner in the bottom-right.

I see you, 'cause you won't get out of my way.
I hear you, 'cause you won't quit screaming my name...

Climbing up into this corner, Dante does the same thing again, holding his arms up in the air and tilting his head back a little, closing his eyes.

I feel you, 'cause you won't quit touching my skin.
I need you, they're coming to take you away...

Dante steps down from the corner, turning around to face the ring, and Dar, who's just relaxing back in the corner, looking surprisingly calm for a match as important as this. Roselyn enters the ring at this time, holding a rolled up piece of paper in her hand, and unrolling it once she gets into the ring, bringing the microphone up to speak.

Roselyn: "Ladies and Gentlemen, at this time, I will read this Barton Town Wrestling Federation Unified Heavyweight Title Championship match declaration...Earlier tonight, both men signed the original document. As a representative tonight of the BTWF CEO, Brian Blade, I hereby agree that the second defense of the BTWF Unified Heavyweight Champion, Dante Cabrell, against Darson Grays, takes place at the Gambino Recreational Center, on April 18, 2006. It is a Unified Heavyweight Title match, authorized by the BTWF CEO and asset holder, Brian Blade, regulated under Gambino Wrestling Alliance rules, and ratified on April 14, 2006. The match is scheduled for one fall, with a sixty minute time limit. Your referee is Peter London."

At the sound of London's name, the crowd lets out a huge amount of boos and jeers, many yells of things such as "YOU SUCK!" and "DIE!" heard from the crowd. London seems to ignore them, however, as Roselyn rolls the piece of paper back up and turns toward Dar.

Roselyn: "Introducing first, the challenger...From American Samoa, weighing in at two hundred seventy-five pounds, he is the Original Archetype of eXcellence...DARSON GRAYS!!!"

Dar steps forward at the sound of his name, throwing his arms up in an X as the ring gets showered with black and grey streamers. After a few moments, he lowers his arms, pushing the streams off himself before making a belt motion at his waist while facing Dante.

Roselyn: "And his opponent...From Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at two hundred sixty-five pounds, he is the BTWF Unified Heavyweight Champion...The Cocky Canadian...DANTE CABRELL!!!"

Dante steps forward and raises his two belts up in the air as the ring get showered with white streamers, just a few less than Dar's. Lowering the belts after a moment, he hands them to London, who takes the belts and raises them at all four sides of the ring before showing them to Dar, then handing them off to an official. Dante removes his longcoat at this time, then allows London to check him for any foreign objects, the ref doing the same to Dar. Someone shouts out "STAR THE ******** MATCH ALREADY YOU USELESS c**t!" Finding none, he asks if they're both ready, then steps back and calls for the bell.

DING DING DING!

The two men stay at their corners even after the bell rings, looking across at one another for several moments. Finally, the two begin to circle around the ring, stopping after completeing half of one and staring each other down. There's no trash-talking or taunting this time, even from Dante, the two merely meeting each other's eyes evenly, both showing that there isn't going to be any backing down from this fight. Once again, the two start to circle, and after completing a full rotation around the ring, move into a lock-up. Dante runs forward to initiate it, managing to hit Dar with more force behind the grapple, and uses the momentum to push him back towards the ropes. Dar starts to gain his footing as they near the edge of the ring, and at the last second, turns around to push Dante back against the ropes instead. London moves over to start the DQ count, and Dar slowly starts to break apart, stepping back and lifting his hands up as he walks back towards the middle of the ring, giving Dante a clean break. Dante stays against the ropes for a moment, seeming slightly confused as to why Dar gave him a clean break after all the frustration the Samoan has shown so far, but shakes it off, beginning to circle once again. After about a half-circle, the two men lock up once more, Dante breaking it this time to lay in a chop right across Dar's chest. Dar pauses for only a moment before grabbing Dante's head and bashing an elbow into his jaw. Dante responds with another chop, and the two begin to trade strikes in the middle of the ring. Dante gets the advantage by throwing several chops that knock Dar back towards the ropes, then goes to whip him across the ring. As Dar hits the ropes, Dante cocks his arm back, looking to hit him with a chop as the Samoan rebounds towards him, but Dar wraps his arms around the ropes, stopping himself. While Dante is still surprised by that, Dar quickly lets go of the ropes and dashes forward, cocking his arm and ready to blow Dante's head off with a Charging Elbow, but Dante quickly backs up a few feet, avoiding the move, the crowd letting out an "OHHHH" at the narrow misses from both men.

Dar lowers his arm as he and Dante watch each other from opposite sides of the ring once again, the crowd starting to get a little excited, seeing as this match has started out a bit more intense than the last one, without the feeling-out process. Most of the fans seem fine with that, perfectly happy to get the chance to see Dante get his skull caved in from elbows and get dropped on his head five minutes into the match instead of fifteen. The two start to circle once more, Dante pulling his fingertape a little tighter, while Dar just keeps his arms loose at his sides. The two finally lock up once again, Dar getting the base strength advantage this time with Dante not being able to run forward. As such, the Samoan pushes him back towards the ropes, Dante trying hard not to lose the grapple, but soon enough is pressed up against the cables. London starts the count once again, and Dar lets go fairly quickly, only to throw another elbow into Dante's jaw. Dar follows this up with a quick chop, then goes to whip Dante across the ring, only to get it reversed and get sent into the ropes himself instead. Dante goes to grab Dar, looking for a Tilt-A-Whirl Backbreaker, but Dar ducks under his arms, coming off the ropes on the other side and nailing Dante in the face with a Yakuza Kick! Dante takes it in stride, though, running right back into the ropes, only to get blasted with a ROARING ELBOW! The crowd lets out a cheer for the first big strike of the match from Dar as Dante goes down, slowly rolling over onto his stomach and shaking his head. Dar turns out towards the crowd and takes a short walk around to Dante's head, reaching down to lift him up to his feet and pulling him into a Front Facelock, setting up a Vertical Suplex. Dante floats over as Dar lifts him up, however, running to the ropes once again. Dar grabs him to go for a Sidewalk Slam, but Dante spins all the way around behind him to lock his arms around Dar's waist and flex back to drop him on his head with a German Suplex!

The crowd lets out a cheer once again for that, a few die-hard Dar fans booing it, however, as Dar rolls over towards the ropes and holds the back of his neck, London coming over to crouch down next to him, asking him if he's alright. Dar nods a little, but keeps his hands on his neck, not having expected that move. Dante gets up to one knee across the ring, just watching Dar with a big smirk on his face, turning out towards the crowd for a moment and clapping a bit. The big Dante fans in the crowd join in, the rest of the fans just smiling, too interested in seeing this match to really care about Dante's cockiness. Dar is back up to his feet a few seconds later, shaking his head a little as he begins to circle with Dante once again. The two lock up once more, Dante immediately locking in a Reverse Waistlock, but Dar's ready for it this time, turning to the side a little and widening his base as he starts to pry apart Dante's arms. Finally, he manages to get the hold broken, and locks Dante into an Armbar, twisting his arm up as he moves in beside him, locking Dante's hand behind his neck to put more pressure on it and to make it harder for him to pull away. Finally, Dante fights up to his feet, and Dar twists his arm around into a traditional Armbar, allowing him to quickly roll forward and get up to his feet, turning and taking Dar clean off his feet with a big chop. Dar falls down to the mat, clutching his chest and cringing as the crowd lets out a loud "WOOOOOO" at the vicious chop, Dante shaking off his hand a little with a grin on his face. Afterwards, he picks Dar up and whips him into the ropes, hitting him with a Dropkick. Dar rolls to the outside afterwards, Dante suddenly running back towards the ropes, the crowd getting up on their feet, thinking that they're actually going to see a dive from Dante, but the Cocky Canadian stops in front of the ropes, shaking his head out at the fans. Dar quickly tries to reach forward and grab his legs, but Dante notices in time, grabbing the top rope and jumping up before swinging forward to boot Dar with both feet through the bottom and middle ropes, sending Dar back into the steel barrier. Dar stumbles over to the side as Dante climbs out onto the apron, running forward and going for a RUNNING SPLASH OFF THE APR-NO! Dar grabs him and throws him down to the ground in mid-air, the crowd letting out a big cheer for the counter.

Dante lands hard on his face and chest, but Dar doesn't give him any time to recover, walking over to pull Dante back up to his feet, this time going to whip him into the barrier, but Dante reverses it and sends Dar into the steel instead. Dar quickly runs forward as Dante goes to capitalize, however, and takes him out with a big-time LARIATOOOO! Dante falls down hard on his back, but Dar doesn't follow up, instead just rolling back into the ring, holding his back a little in the process, having ignored the pain at first to counter with that Lariat. Dante gets up several moments later, rubbing his neck and cringing a little, but shakes off the pain, rolling back inside the ring. Dar is waiting for him, though, and picks him up right away to nail a hard Bionic Elbow right onto the back of his neck, following it up with a second one that sends Dante down to all fours. Dar stomps hard on his back to get him flat on the canvas, then drops down over his back and locks in a Crossface Camel Clutch. Dar doesn't bother to hook the arms, though, and concentrates most of his force on pulling on Dante's neck, not elevating his upper body much off the mat. The damage is still done though, as Dante cringes, pushing his arms outward, but he's not anywhere near the ropes. Dar doesn't really seem to be trying for a win with the submission, though, just cranking back on it and trying to inflict pain upon the Cocky Canadian. Finally, he breaks it, standing up and sending a few more hard stomps onto Dante's back, then runs to the ropes and boots Dante right in the face as he tries to get up to his feet. Dante tries again, only to get booted in the face once more, falling onto his back and holding his nose. Dar walks around Dante and pushes him up into a seated position before laying into his back with a kick to the spine, making Dante arch his back and roll over towards the ropes. He still leaves his back exposed, though, and this allows Dar to walk over and send in another kick to the same spot, making Dante cry out. Dar reaches down to grab Dante's leg, rolling him over onto his stomach and pulling him back into a Half Crab, cranking this one far farther backwards than usual, and and actually standing up, placing his foot on the back of Dante's head. Dante quickly swings his other leg out towards the ropes, and manages to land it on the bottom one, Dar breaking off at a four count from London.

Dar hits a few more stomps on Dante, the crowd seeming a little put-off from somewhat unusual viciousness that Dar's putting into the match, but figure it's just months upon months of frustration building up. Once again, he throws another boot into Dante's face as he starts to get up, then pulls him up himself, throwing a series of kicks into Dante's chest as he's pressed up against the ropes, then finally scraps his boot across his face. As Dante stumbles over towards the corner, Dar grabs his head and bashes his face down into the top turnbuckle, not giving his opponent any time to regain his senses. Dar throws an elbow into Dante's jaw, but the Cocky Canadian suddenly fights back with a chop, only to be beat down again with more elbows, finally making him drop down to his knees. Dar ends the series of strikes by sending a kick right into Dante's face, making him fall down onto the mat and roll onto his back, clutching his nose. Dar follows up with a pin. "1...2" Dante kicks out. As London stops Dar to warn him about being too aggressive, Dante rolls to the outside, taking some time to get a breather. Dar ignores London once he sees this, standing up and just watching Dante as he takes a walk around the ring. Finally, after standing at the apron for a few moments, Dante climbs back in, only to get assaulted once again from Dar, who comes at him with boots and kicks to the face as soon as he's through the ropes. As Dante tries to move away from him, Dar locks in a Half Nelson, then pulls Dante's arm across his neck, locking in a Cobra Clutch before dropping down to the ground and adding on a Body Scissors to the hold. The crowd looks excited at this, knowing this hold will be effective after all the strikes Dar's put in on Dante's head, but the Cocky Canadian isn't about to give up so quickly, knowing that he's still near the ropes, and reaches back with the arm that's caught in the Half Nelson, stretching it out as far as he can. Finally, after a bit of turning and extra stretching, he manages to keep his fingers on the bottom rope, Dar breaking the sleeper-type hold after a three count. Dar stands up afterwards, looking down at Dante with an expectant look, as if waiting for him to get back up so he can continue his attacks.

Dar actually lets Dante get up to his feet this time, but quickly throws a kick into his chest before he can do anything. Finally, in desperation, and probably in frustration as well, Dante suddenly begins to throw several kicks right into the back of Dar's leg, stunning the Samoan long enough to get a chain going, viciously striking the back of his knee and thigh. Finally, Dar collapses down to the mat, clutching his leg and cringing as Dante stomps on it, seeming to be getting a chance at control once again in this match. Dante throws several more stomps to the knee, now getting his revenge for the continuous strikes from Dar, before finally grabbing his leg and pulling it back into a Half Crab of his own, locking it in such a way to put more pressure on Dar's knee instead of his back. Dar cries out as his leg gets put in the submission hold, trying to move towards the ropes, but Dante pulls him back towards the center of the ring. Finally, Dar pushes himself up on his arms, then suddenly swings his boot up to nail Dante right in the mouth, making him stumble forward and release the hold, clutching his jaw as Dar rolls onto his back and holds his knee, cringing. Dante shakes off the pain in his teeth, though, coming back over to grab Dar's leg and pull it upwards, bending his shin inwards and locking his leg over before dropping down to one knee, pulling Dar into an Inverted Indian Deathlock. Dar cries out as his knee gets stretched out from the hold, but manages to throw his boot up into Dante's head again. Dante doesn't break after this kick, though, and blocks any further ones from Dar with his forearm. Finally, Dante stands up and turns the move into a Spinning Toe Hold before dropping down and scissoring Dar's leg with his, forcing it to bend sideways. Dar can't swing his leg up to kick in this position, and instead reaches over to pull Dante into a headlock, unable to do much else. Finally, Dante breaks this hold as well, and backs off, allowing Dar to get up to his feet. Dar slowly fights back up to a vertical base, but Dante suddenly comes at him with more kicks to the back of the leg, Dar weakly trying to take Dante down with his own kick to his leg, but collapses afterwards, clutching his knee again.

Dante shakes his leg out a little, grinning all the while, then comes at Dar with more stomps to his knee, not giving him any time to try and relieve some of the pain. Afterwards, Dante holds Dar's leg out straight, then begins to hit several Knee Drops onto Dar's knee, the bone meeting bone leaving Dar's joint in even more pain. Finally, Dante pushes his knee down against Dar's and bends his leg sideways over it, locking in a vicious hold. Dar cries out, flailing his arms a little, but then tries to kick Dante in the side of the head. He just gets a glancing blow, and doesn't try again, the pain too much to try and concentrate. Finally, though, he has no other choice to bring his leg back up, though all he's able to do now is push it against Dante's face. Dar's persistance in keeping it up each time Dante pushes his leg away finally makes the Cocky Canadian break the hold in frustration, dropping down to scissor his leg instead. This gives Dar the opportunity to drag himself backwards though, and manages to grab the bottom rope before Dante realizes what's going on. London forces Dante away from Dar, finally giving him some time to catch his breath as he uses the ropes to slowly help himself up to his feet. Once there, Dar takes a few moments to rub his knee, slowly starting to circle around the ring again with Dante, limping all the while, occasionally reaching down to place his hand on his knee, obviously still in a lot of pain. Finally, the two look like they're about to lock up, Dante seeming to be offering a Knucklelock, but only to throw more kicks into Dar's leg, the Samoan crumbling fairly quickly after all the attacks to his leg as he drops down and rolls over to the ropes once again to escape from the attacks. London keeps Dante from following, walking over to Dar and asking him if he's able to continue the match, and Dar quickly nods, obviously not going to give up just because of the pain in his leg. He seems to be having some trouble getting up to his feet, however, but with the help of the ropes, manages it.

Once again, the two begin to circle, Dar still limping pretty badly. Finally, they move forward, Dante looking like he's offering another Knucklelock, though Dar is reasonably hesitant in accepting it, slowly moving forward. Suddenly, Dante darts down and starts to pick Dar's leg up, but Dar was ready for something like that, and manages to pull away behind Dante and bash an elbow right into the back of his neck, making him stumble forward and double over. Both men drop down after the move, Dante holding his neck while Dar attempts to give his knee some rest. Still, knowing that he has a temporary advantage, the Samoan forces himself up to his feet and stumbles forward to drop an elbow right onto the back of Dante's neck, sending him all the way down onto his stomach from the force. Dar sits next to him for a few moments, holding his leg, but pushes himself up to his feet and turns to drop a second elbow onto Dante's neck, trying to keep him down while he tries to nurse his leg enough to at least walk without too much pain. Finally, Dar gets back up to his feet and pulls Dante up as well, locking him in a Front Facelock and going for a Vertical Suplex. Dante blocks the move, however, widening his base and preventing Dar from lifting him up. Dar, already having trouble with just standing, almost gets lifted up into a suplex himself as Dante tries to reverse, but Dar falls back down to his feet, suddenly grabbing Dante's arm and trying to pull him down to the mat in a Fujiwara. Before he hits the mat, however, Dante rolls forward and up to his feet, charging against Dar and pushing him back against the ropes before whipping him across the ring and into the opposite set of ropes, nailing him with a Clothesline as he comes back, Dar falling down hard onto the mat and cringing.

Dante reaches down to pick Dar up to his feet after a few moments, doubling him over and wrapping his arms around his waist, trying to set him up for a Gutwrench Powerbomb, but Dar quickly charges forward and pushes Dante back into the corner, bashing his back into the turnbuckles. Dante clubs his forearms down into Dar's back a few times, but the Samoan straightens up suddenly and begins to throw elbows into Dante's jaw, staggering the Canadian. Once he's stunned, Dar grabs his head and runs him across the ring to the opposite corner to bash his head into the top turnbuckle, falling against the ropes and grabbing onto them to keep himself up from the pain in his leg after running. Dar tries to ignore it, though, knowing he can get back in command in the match if he keeps this up, and suddenly climbs up the ropes to throw a European Uppercut right into Dante's jaw, the climbing motion adding momentum to the move. Afterwards, Dar holds his knee for a few seconds, but then grabs Dante's head and runs him across the opposite corner, trying to bash his head into the turnbuckle again, but Dante sticks his leg out and braces himself on the middle turnbuckle, turning around and sending a kick right into Dar's leg, sending the Samoan crashing down onto the mat. Dante takes a few moments to compose himself, then lifts Dar back up to his feet, pushing him back against the ropes and sending him across the ring, going for a Dropkick on the rebound, but Dar manages to wrap his arms around the ropes to keep from running into it. Dante quickly starts to get up to his feet, but Dar takes his chance and runs forward to hit a boot right into Dante's face with his good leg, Dante falling onto his back after getting hit with the hard strike. The crowd lets out a cheer for that one, as it looked to have been hit particularly hard, Dar leaning over with his hands on his knees, taking a breather and several moment for his knee to recover.

Finally, Dar walks forward and starts to lift Dante up to his feet, only to get his arms knocked away as Dante lets loose with a vicious chop across Dar's chest. The Samoan quickly responds by spinning around and hitting the ROARING BACK ELBOW!!! The crowd pops HUGE as Dante collapses, Dar falling down to one knee as he shakes his head slowly, probably not feeling too good about having to throw out a desperation move like that. It seems to have been effective, though, as Dante is barely moving, trying to roll over onto his side, but falling back onto his back after only lifting up a few inches. Afterwards, Dar takes a few deep breaths, then moves over Dante, hooking his leg for a pin. "1...2..." Dante kicks out. Dar rolls off of him afterwards, looking down at the mat for a few moments, then nodding, seemingly not deterred by this kick out. Standing up, he brings Dante up to his feet as well, pulling him up into a Standing Head Scissors. The crowd gets up to their feet, letting out a cheer as Dar hooks his arms, setting him up for the FOLDOVER TIGERBO-NO! Dante counters the move into a Back Body Drop. Dante falls down onto his knees after doing so, however, holding his lower back, and Dar quickly gets up to his feet, grabbing Dante from behind and blasting him in the back of the head with a FIERCE KNEE! However, Dar, in his haste to hit that strike, ends up hitting it with his bad leg, and falls over to the side after delivering the move, clutching his knee and cringing. However, he shakes it off fairly quickly this time, getting up to his feet and walking over to a corner near Dante, climbing out onto the apron and slowly making his way up onto the turnbuckle. Dante doesn't seem to want to move any time soon, that knee strike to the back of his skull having left him pretty dazed. As Dar steadies himself on the top turnbuckle, he looks down at Dante for a few moments, seeming to be thinking about something, then closes his eyes and takes a deep breath before jumping off to hit a Flying Knee Drop to the back of his head!

Dar rolls over to the side, crying out and clutching his knee in pain, rolling from side to side and cringing, but the dangerous move might've been worth it, as Dante seems to almost have been knocked out by it, the Cocky Canadian not moving except for weakly clenching his fingers like he wants to make fists and turning his head to lay it sideways on the mat. Finally, though, Dar gets up to his feet, walking over to Dante, who has now started to move a little bit more, trying to push himself up to his feet. Deciding not to try a pin, Dar reaches down and lifts Dante up, pulling his arm out to expose his neck before leaning in and bashing the back of his elbow into the side of Dante's neck several times. The crowd cheers for the rather unorthodox use of the elbow strikes, before Dar hits the last one and lets go of Dante's arm at the same time, sending him down onto the mat. Dar doesn't give Dante any time to recover, however, lifting him up and once again coming in with back elbow strikes to the side of Dante's neck. The Cocky Canadian falls to the mat, looking dazed and in great pain from those strikes, but Dar lifts him up once again, having to pull a little harder to get him up this time, and instead hits some normal elbow strikes to the other side of Dante's neck, Dante once again dropping down. Finally, Dar goes to pull him up again, but Dante is almost completely dead weight by this point. After several moments of struggling, Dar finally just lets go of his arm, then hits an Elbow Drop right across his throat, following it by hooking his leg for another pin. "1...2..." Dante kicks out, weakly, after all that damage to his neck. Dar doesn't seem too bothered by it, though, knowing he got some good hits in there, and manages to drag Dante up to his feet again to pull him into a Standing Head Scissors once more, hooking his arms for the FOLDOVER TIGERBO-NO! Dante blocks it, managing to lower his base, and after several moments of struggling Dar finally just lets go of his arms and steps to the side to KICK DANTE IN THE FACE!

Dante goes down hard from the vicious strike, the crowd letting out a cheer for that as Dar stands beside his opponent, looking down at him with contempt. A few moments later, he follows up with a sharp kick to Dante's back, making the Cocky Canadian cringe and roll over onto his stomach. Dar reaches down and rubs his knee for a moment before walking over to grab Dante by the head, slowly pulling him upward, only to have the Cocky Canadian suddenly take his legs out from under him! Dante rushes forward and stomps right on Dar's face in retaliation for the kick, making Dar roll over onto his side and clutch his face. Dante stays back after that, though, taking some time to get his senses together, and try to relieve some of the pain in his neck. Dar manages to get up fairly quickly, though, and comes at Dante with some hard elbows to the jaw. Dante responds with several chops, finally going for a Leg Lariat, but Dar catches his leg. Dante doesn't stop, though, throwing himself up to nail Dar right in the face with an Enzuigiri! The crowd cheers loudly for such a big guy as Dante doing a move like that, and the rarity obvioiusly has caught Dar off-guard, too, as he didn't even have time to try and bring his hand up to block it. Both men stay on the ground for a bit after that one, Dante to try and recover from all the attacks to his neck earlier, while Dar is trying to clear out the cobwebs and remember where he is. The camera zooms in on Dante, and we can see he has some blood coming down from his nose, likely from that kick to the face a minute or two ago, but the Cocky Canadian wipes it away once he realizes it's there. The ref comes over to check on both men, getting pretty much waved off by Dante, and Dar doesn't seem to be ready to respond right now as the crowd just watches in excitement, knowing that the match is going to pick up again as soon as the two get up.

Finally, Dante gets up, walking over to Dar, who just now seems to be getting straightened out, reaching down to pull him up to his feet and double him over, locking his arms around his waist and setting up for the Gutwrench Powerbomb. Dar blocks it, however, not letting himself get lifted up for the move, widening out his base to make it stay that way. Suddenly, the Samoan reaches forward and wraps his arms around Dante, lifting him up and going for what looks to be a modified Northern Lights Suplex, but Dante quickly slides through the move to land on his feet behind Dar, grabbing him and crossing his arms arcross his chest for an AZTEC SUP-NO! Dar manages to get one of his arms free, then hooks it under Dante's to throw him over with an Arm Drag. Dante quickly gets up to his feet, though, only to have Dar throw a kick into the side of his leg. Dante winces, but ignores it to chop Dar in the side of the neck! Dar just shoves Dante back, yelling at him to try again, and the Canadian quickly runs back into the ropes, coming forward as Dar spins around for a ROARING ELB-NO! Dante blocks it with his forearms! As Dar is stunned by the block, Dante quickly kicks his leg out from under him, making the Samoan collapse to the ground, clutching his knee. Dante steps back and wipes his forearm across his upper lip again, his nose still bleeding from earlier, though not as much. As Dar starts to get up to his feet, Dante gets him back for his relentless attacking earlier by catching him with a low Dropkick right into his face. The crowd lets out an "OHHHH" at that, as Dar just gets blasted full on in the face, with no protection at all, making him fall back and roll over to the side, clutching his nose. Dante rolls up to one knee, breathing for a few moments before walking over to pull Dar up to his feet as well, once again doubling him over and hooking his arms around his waist, but this time able to flip Dar up before powering him down into the mat with the GUTWRENCH POWERBOMB! Dante falls forward to give the move more force, then quickly follows up with a pin. "1...2..." Dar kicks out.

Dante seems a little surprised at that one, getting up on his knees and looking down at Dar, then over at London, before shaking his head and walking over towards the corner of the ring, deciding now to argue with the referee yet. Dante climbs out onto the apron and starts to head up the turnbuckles, the crowd quieting down, getting excited at the idea of Dante doing an aerial maneuver. Once steadied on the top rope, Dante flings himself forward and lands a TOP ROPE BODY SPLASH! Though not the flashiest of maneuvers, two hundred sixty-five pounds crashing down on the Samoan's mid-section gives him plenty of thought as Dante hooks the leg for another pin. "1...2...TH-" Dar manages to kick out again. Dante sits up once more, looking over at the ref and pounding his hand into the other one, motioning for him to count quicker. London just shakes his head at Dante, who rolls his eyes before pushing Dar up to a seated position and locking his forearm across Dar's face, pulling him into a Seated Crossface Hold! This move gives Dante plenty of leverage to work Dar's neck, as he wrenches over to the side, twisting Dar's neck muscles and pulling back on them as the Samoan tries to move over towards the ropes. In the seated position, it's difficult, however, especially with Dante moving forward to dig his knee into Dar's back. Dar still tries to move his legs and arms outward towards the ropes, but he doesn't seem to be able to move much at all, and sometimes doesn't even go in the right direction, due to Dante pulling back on his neck and changing Dar's view to that of the ceiling, preventing him from knowing where the ropes are. Finally, though, he manages to shift and slide himself down out of the hold, quickly rolling to the outside to prevent a re-application of it, but staying down out there, needing some time to catch his breath after those two big attacks to his chest and back.

Dante quickly follows him out, though, reaching down to lift Dar up to his feet and cracking his hand across his chest with a vicious chop before rolling the Samoan back in under the bottom rope. Dante doesn't follow him in the same way, though, instead climbing onto the apron and walking back over to the corner, climbing up the turnbuckles there and steadying himself as he watches Dar get up, waiting for him to turn around before jumping off with a FLYING CLOTHESLI-NO! DAR TAKES HIM OUT IN MID-AIR WITH A ROARING ELBOW!!! The crowd gets up on their feet and lets out a HUGE cheer, Dar falling down to the mat after delivering the counter as Dante lays motionless on the canvas, slowly shaking his head from side to side, pretty dazed after that. Dar rolls over towards Dante after a few moments, but doesn't go for a pin, instead picking him back up again and pulling him upwards into a Standing Head Scissors, hooking his arms and once again setting up for the Foldover Tigerbomb. Dante blocks it, however, and finally Dar pulls him up standing to knock him down with a Burning Elbow Smash! Dar takes a breath, then reaches down to lift Dante up again, setting him up for the Foldover Tigerbomb once more. Still, Dante blocks it, dropping down one knee and preventing himself from getting lifted up. Finally, Dar pulls him up straight again, but as he goes for an elbow strike, Dante blocks it and knocks him off his feet with a huge chop. Dante walks back after delivering the strike, holding his jaw and doing a circle, but as he turns back around to face Dar, he's met with the sight of the Samoan standing up once again, coming at him with more elbows. Dante tries to fight back, trading his chops for Dar's elbows, and though the Samoan's chest is getting red from all the attacks to it, Dar doesn't back down, finally knocking Dante backwards. The Cocky Canadian runs back towards the ropes, only to be met with a Big Boot from Dar as he comes back, making him stumble back a few steps as Dar runs back to the opposite ropes and comes back to take off Dante's head with the CHARGING ELBOOOOOWWWW!!!

Dar stumbles forward down into the ropes, leaning against them and breathing heavily as Dante lies motionless on the mat, looking pretty much knocked out from that last strike. Finally, though, Dar picks himself up, holding an arm across his chest for a few moments before shaking it off and walking back over to Dante, lifting him up to his feet and turning him away, tucking his head under his arm...DANGEROUS BACKDROPPAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!! The crowd pops as Dante gets driven right down on his head from the move, the Cocky Canadian flopping back onto his stomach as Dar lays next to him. The Samoan doesn't stay down for long, though, knowing he's in control now, and stands up to pull Dante up to his feet as well, despite him being almost dead-weight, then pulls him into a Standing Head Scissors, hooking his arms and flipping him up to LAND HIM RIGHT ON HIS NECK WITH THE FOLDOVER TIGERBOMB!!! "1...2...TH-NOOO!" Dante somehow manages to kick out of the move, the crowd letting out an "OHHHH" at the close call, Dar dropping over to the side and pounding his fist down into the mat. Still, he doesn't stay down for long, knowing that he still has the advantage at this point. Getting up to his feet, Dar reaches down to lift Dante up as well, making sure he can stand before stepping back and spinning around for a ROARING ELBOW TO THE BACK OF THE HEAD! Dante falls straight down to the mat, the crowd cheering for the strike as Dar takes a quick breather, reaching down to rub his knee a little, still not feeling great with the joint. Not giving Dante much time to recover, however, he reaches down to lift him back up once again, spinning around for a ROARING ELBOW TO THE FACE! Dante falls back the other way this time, the crowd cheering once again, knowing that with each of these strikes, Dar is closer to the victory that he's wanted for so long. Finally, Dar reaches down to lift Dante up once again, this time pulling him into a Full Nelson before flexing back in a RELEASED DRAGON SUPLEX! Dante lands right on his head from the move, flopping over onto his side and rolling out under the bottom rope to the outside.

Dar gets back up to his feet a few moments later, standing up and walking over to the edge of the ring to look down at Dante, who seems to be having trouble getting up - understandable after those elbows and the Dragon Suplex. After nearly thirty seconds without getting up to his feet, though, London climbs out onto the apron, telling Dante to get back up and bring it back into the ring. Dante slowly fights up to his feet, using the side of the ring for help, then steps back against the barrier, telling London to mind his own business as he takes his time to recover. Dar had stepped back towards the middle of the ring as Dante got up, and while the Cocky Canadian argues with the ref, he quickly runs to the ropes, the crowd all getting up on their feet as Dar dashes forward and flies OVER THE TOP ROPE WITH AN ELBOW SUICIDAAAAAAAA!!!!! The crowd gets up and lights up the arena with cheers, pounding the barriers rapidly as Dante and Dar lay next to each other on the floor outside the ring, the crowd still amazed to see the big Samoan go flying over the top rope instead of between the top and middle like he usually does. Dante seems completely out of it now, having been hit with that elbow strike with Dar's full weight going behind it, and all the momentum from the run and the dive. Finally, Dar pulls himself up to his feet and reaches down to do the same to Dante, rolling him under the bottom rope back into the ring. Once there, Dar follows him and pulls him up once again, into a Standing Head Scissors. Hooking his arms once more, Dar seems to be having more trouble lifting Dante up because he's deadweight rather than the fact he's trying to block the move. But with a few moments of struggle, Dar finally swings Dante up to SPIKE HIM DOWN ON HIS HEAD AGAIN WITH ANOTHER FOLDOVER TIGERBOMB!!! "1...2...THR-NOOOO!!!" Somehow, Dante kicks out, once again denying Dar that victory.

Dar slowly rolls over and up onto his knees, looking over towards London and giving him a pleading expression, but London shakes his head, insisting it was only a two count. Shaking his head slowly, Dar looks down towards the mat for a few moments, then stands up, reaching over to grab Dante and pull him back up again. This time, Dar wraps his arms around his waist as Dante is bent over next to his body, the crowd standing up at the thought of the X-Driller I, but Dante is completely dead weight at this point, and Dar stumbles over to the side and into the ropes as he tries to keep him on his feet. Deciding that something that doesn't involve lifting Dante is needed, Dar drags him back towards the middle of the ring, then pulls him back into a Dragon Sleeper, hooking his arm in a Hammerlock to drop down to one knee and lock in a KNEELING ARCHETYPE BREAKER!!! The crowd lets out a huge cheer as Dante gets strapped in the submission, his neck and shoulder getting wrenched apart as Dar pulls back on them repeatedly. Dante starts to show signs of life at this point, the pain probably cutting through to his consciousness, and slowly drags himself over towards the ropes. Dar tries to keep the move locked in, but as he stands up to try and cinch it in tighter, Dante manages to drape his foot across the bottom rope. Dar suddenly grabs his head, however, pulling him back away from the ropes and dropping him back with a Lifting DDT, planting his face into the mat before swinging his leg up to lock in the KOJI CLAAAAAAAATCH!!! Dar wrenches his hands inward to compress Dante's neck against his leg, cutting off the blood to his brain and forcing what's already there out through his nose, the crowd seeming a little squeamish at that, but excited at the fact they might see the end of the match here. Dante can't really move to get to the ropes in this submission, fighting and trying to move his hands, but as he does so, Dar cinches the hold in tighter, cranking back on it repeatedly. Finally, though, as Dante seems to not want to stop moving completely, Dar breaks the hold and rolls Dante over onto his back to hook his leg for a pin. "1...2...TH-NOO!" Dante kicks out once again.

Dar doesn't even bother to talk to London this time, instead grabbing Dante and pulling him back up to his feet, only to get hit with a low blow! Dar collapses down to the mat, Dante doing the same thing beside him as the crowd boos. Dante perfomed the illegal maneuver right in front of London, but the ref only gives a warning, knowing a DQ ending would be inappropriate in a match like this unless absolutely needed. Both men fight their way back up to their feet about the same time, but Dar gets up to a vertical base quicker, leaning down and breathing heavily as Dante gets up to one knee, only to have Dar CAVE HIS ******** SKULL IN WITH A SAVATE KICK! The crowd POPS for that, Dar having snapped out the straight side kick at point blank range right into Dante's face. Dar takes another quick breather, then starts to lift Dante up once again, only to be hit with another low blow! London warns Dante this time, telling him one more is going to get him a DQ. Dante ignores it, just falling back and clutching his face, obviously hurting from that last kick. Dante gets up first this time, though, watching as Dar starts to pick his way up to his feet, only to see the Cocky Canadian come off the ropes and catch him with the RUNNING FAME-ASSER! Dar's face gets driven down into the mat from the move, the crowd seeming surprised that Dante is starting to mount a comeback after all the abuse he's taken in the last several minutes. Dante pushes himself back up to his feet again, reaching down to pull Dar up as well and face him away, clubbing his forearm into the back of Dar's neck. Finally, he crosses Dar's arms across his chest, then flexes back for an AZTEC SUPLEX! Dar gets driven right on his head with the Cross-Arm German, laying on his stomach weakly. Dante moves back up to his feet, walking over to drag Dar up as well, hooking him in a Half Nelson before dropping back in a HALF NELSON SUPLEX! BRIDGE!!! "ONE...TWO...THR-NOOOO!!!" Dar manages to kick out, despite being dropped right on his head once again, the crowd letting out a cheer for their favorite.

Dante pounds his fists down on the mat, kneeling and shaking his head in frustration, wondering what he has to do to put Dar away. Finally, though, he pulls himself up to his feet, walking over to Dar and lifting him up as well, setting him up next to him in a Russian Legsweep position. Dar knows what's coming, and immediately moves forward and manages to grab the ropes, but after some struggling, Dante pulls him back towards the center of the ring, setting him up again and lifting him up for the ROCK BOTTOM RED-NOOOO!!! DAR ELBOWS OUT OF IT! Dante stumbles back a few feet, and Dar suddenly spins around for a SECOND ROARING BACK ELBOW!!! Dante collapses, Dar falling forward onto all fours and gasping for breath, slowly pounding his fist down on the mat as the crowd begins a slow clap, leading up to a huge applause and cheers, and into a "DAR-SON GRAYS! DAR-SON GRAYS!" chant. Dar gets back up to his feet, moving over to Dante and picking him back up, bashing a knee into his stomach to double him over before hooking his arms around his waist. As Dar tries to lift him up, Dante lowers his base, knowing what's coming, but Dar repeatedly attempts to lift him up despite that, and after three Bionic Elbows to the back of the neck, swings him up and drops down for the X-DRILLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The crowd is going INSANE as Dante gets drilled down into the canvas, Dar weakly falling over to the side for a pin...ONLY TO SEE THAT DANTE HAS ROLLED TO THE OUTSIDE! The crowd boos and jeers heavily, Dar looking over towards the ropes with a helpless expression on his face, unable to believe that victory was that close, only to be taken away again. London moves out to the apron, calling for Dante to get back in the ring, but the Cocky Canadian doesn't even seem to hear him, laying motionless on the floor outside.

Finally, though, Dante forces himself up, Dar slowly sitting up on the inside as well, the Samoan having taken this chance to get a breather and get his composure together. Both men turn to face each other, staring one another down from their positions inside and outside the ring. Finally, Dante climbs back up onto the apron and gets inside, Dar coming forward to meet him with elbows. As Dar bashes the strikes into Dante's jaw, Dante fires back with a vicious right hand that sends Dar stumbling backwards. Dante comes in with more punches, winding up for a final haymaker, but Dar blocks that one, grabbing Dante's head and starting the Headbutts! Dante gets knocked back into a corner with the strikes, Dar then changing it up to elbows, the Cocky Canadian slumping down towards the middle ropes after several of them. From there, Dar grabs Dante's head and throws KNEEEEEEEEEEEE STRIIIIIIIIIIIKES!!! Dar has to back off after only two or three though, holding his leg and grimacing in pain. Dante gets up suddenly, bashing Dar with another right hand that sends him stumbling backwards, then suddenly dashes forward to MURDER DAR'S JAW WITH A JUMPING KNEEEE!!! Dante steps back after delivering the move, breathing heavily, but then reaches down and pulls Dar back up, just going at him with straight right hands to the forehead, abandoning all class. London tries to pull him away, but Dante just shoves him off, finally letting Dar go, only to leap up with a second JUMPING KNEEEEE!!! Dar goes down hard, and Dante stands over him afterwards, slapping him across the forehead with paintbrushes, yelling "YOU CAN'T BEAT ME DAR! YOU CAN'T WIN! YOU'RE A FAILURE!" Finally, Dante reaches down and pulls Dar back up to his feet once again, this time pulling him into a Standing Head Scissors and hooking his arms, yelling out to the crowd "THIS IS YOUR 'FAVORITE'!" before lifting Dar up for the SHINING ABYSS!!!...NOOOOOOO!!! DAR SWINGS BACK DOWN AND PUSHES DANTE BACK AGAINST THE ROPES!

The crowd is up on their feet, on fire as Dar pulls up and lays in to Dante with elbow strikes, bashing them into his jaw and the side of his neck, over and over, turning him back out towards the center of the ring. Finally, though, Dante breaks off and throws some more punches, only to be knocked back with another few elbows before Dar spins around for the ROARING BACK ELBOW!!!...BLOCKED! As Dar holds his elbow in pain, Dante runs to the ropes, coming up and catching Dar with a THIRD JUMPING KNEEEEEE!!! Dar gets absolutely smoked with this one, catching it directly in the jaw and falling backwards to the mat in a heap. Dante lands on one knee, leaning over and breathing heavily as Dante gets back up and goes to the corner, climbing out onto the apron and back up onto the top turnbuckle. Looking down at Dar for a few moments, Dante then turns to face outward towards the crowd, holding his arms out to the side and lifting his head up in the air before throwing himself backwards, flashbulbs going off as the crowd holds their breath for the SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVE THE QUEEEEEEEEEEN!!! The Diving Moonsault lands Dante right onto Dar, no knees to save him like last time. Dante doesn't even bother to hook a leg, just stays on Dar as London goes down for the count. The crowd seems a little deflated now, happy that they've seen such a good match, and proud of Dar's valiant effort, but knowing this is the end. "ONE...TWO...THR-NOOOOOO!!! DAR GETS A SHOULDER UP! DAR GETS A SHOULDER UP! THE DREAM IS STILL ALIVE!!!" The crowd is going MENTAL as Dante whips his head over towards London, shaking his head and screaming at the ref that that was three. London shifts back a little, afraid that Dante might actually attack him, but insists that it was a two count. Meanwhile, the crowd is just screaming for joy.

Dante pounds his fists down on the mat repeatedly, yelling "IT WAS THREE! IT WAS THREE!" over and over again. Finally, though, he turns and grabs Dar, pulling him back up to his feet once again. Dar suddenly knocks Dante's arms away, throwing some elbows at him, but the strikes just don't have any power anymore, and Dar is barely even able to keep on his feet. Dante grabs Dar's head and pushes him backwards, Dar almost falling just from that, barely able to steady himself. As Dante walks forward to finish it, Dar suddenly throws out a boot to his gut, stunning Dante momentarily. Dar throws out a few more, finally managing to get him to double over before he grabs Dante's head and turns, doing something the crowd never expected as he steps up the ropes and jumps out to spin around into the TWISTER!!! The crowd is exploding with cheers at their confusion from this, but their excitement at the Tornado Stunner, Dar sitting on the mat for a few moments. Perhaps, thinking that since Dante has taken practically everything he's given, a move from the one man who was able to put him down might accomplish things, Dar falls back over him for a pin. "ONE...TWO...THR-NOOOO!!! DANTE GETS A SHOULDER UP!" Dar lays on his side for several moments, slowly shaking his head. Finally, he pulls himself back up to his feet, reaching down to do the same to Dante, even though both of them can hardly stand anymore. Dante does the same thing Dar did, knocking his arms away and coming at him with more punches, but, like Dar, the power behind the strikes just isn't there anymore with how fatigued they are. Finally, Dante just falls down to one knee, Dar stumbling back to do the same thing, both men unable to keep their vertical base. Finally, though, after several seconds to catch a breather, both men stand up, Dar suddenly coming in with a SAMOAN SLAP! Dante was just about ready to chop as the strike came, and thus is stunned from it as Dar pounds his hand against his elbow, letting out a roar as he spins around for one last ROARING BACK ELBOW!!! Dante doesn't go down this time, instead slowly stumbling backwards, his eyes clouding up as he falls back against the ropes, the only things holding him up now. Slowly, he turns out towards the entrance aisle, extending his hand towards the curtains, towards a way out of this, but Dar grabs him from behind, pulling him up in an Inverted Suplex position before turning him sideways and hooking a leg to drop back in an INVERTED CRADLE NORTHERN LIGHTS BOMB!!!!!! The crowd is up on their feet, SCREAMING as Dar nails Dante's head down into the canvas, the Samoan finally draping one arm over him for a pin. "ONE...TWO...THREEEEE!!!"

The crowd WON'T STOP SCREAMING as Dar rolls off of Dante, from the white side of the ring and into the black as Roselyn stands up, having to speak particularly loud in order to be heard. "Here is your winner, and NEEEEEEEEEW BTWF Unified Heavyweight Champion...DARSON GRAYS!!!" The crowd only gets louder at this announcement. London exits the ring, taking the two belts and coming over to Dar, but the Samoan can't get up to his feet just yet. London lays the two belts down in front of him instead, while going over to check on Dante. London calls some officials over, and then circle around the Cocky Canadian, lifting his head up and spraying his neck with cold water, while two others come over to Dar and pat down his with a wet towel. Dar waves them away after a little bit, asking one of them to get him a mic. They soon return with one for him, and Dar slowly makes it up to his feet, the crowd finally starting to quiet down as he brings the microphone up. Instead of speaking, he lowers it again as he reaches down to pick up the golden heavyweight title belt, the same one he had held for so long almost a year ago. Looking down at it, Dar's eyes almost start to tear up, but he blinks a few times to keep them away before he places the belt over his shoulder. However, he doesn't reach down to pick up the other belt that makes the unified title, the Gaia belt. After a moment, he brings the mic up.

Dar: "This...This belt right here..."

He motions to the one on his shoulder.

Dar: "This is what I've been fighting for. This is what I defended last year, this is the belt I strived for my entire career in the BTWF. But that belt...I have nothing to do with the Gaia title's legacy. I respect it, but it's not my belt."

Dar walks away towards the other side of the ring, the crowd seeming a little confused by that sentiment, but understanding it. Dar had never even had a match for the Gaia title. Suddenly, a figure moves down through the crowd and hops over the barrier. Dressed in a dark blue hoodie and grey sweatpants, the man quickly dashes over and grabs the Gaia title, then hops back over the barrier and runs out through the crowd. Dar turns around to see this, staring confusedly and somewhat angrily, the crowd starting to get into an uproar, but the sound of amplified clapping takes their attention.

Turning towards the entrance ramp the crowd as well as Darson sees none other than the arrogant GWA Grand Champion Steve "Savior" Twist, belt slung over his shoulder and a microphone in his hands which are slowly being clapped together. Bandages cover his forehead from his battle tonight with Killa K and he still hasn't changed out of his wrestling attire, but that doesn't stop Steve from showing up and ruining this moment which has been a long time in the making.

Twist: "Bravo Darson. ********. It only took you five tries, several loads of your dignity, and a stolen move right out of my piggy bank. Seriously who are you, Roy Chambers?"

While a few members of the crowd laugh at this comment the majority rules with a loud amount of jeering for Twist ruining what was otherwise a great moment.

Twist: "So what now? I know you two won't do the right thing and stop the feud, so what's next? 2/3 Falls? Last Man Standing? Ironman II: Electric Booga-Please let one of them die in a car crash so we don't have to see any more of these matches. Wait, who am I pleading with? If I wanted I could finish things right here."

As Steve begins walking down the entrance ramp towards the ring the fans taunt him on. Knowing full well that he's in as bad of condition, if not worse, than Dar is in.

Twist: "The thing I can't figure out however, is why I would want to do that. Why would I actually want to give these GWAdroids what they want? I guess the only good reason I could think of is if it would benefit me. And right now I can't think of anything that would benefit me more than getting rid of the only challenger who could possibly take this belt off my shoulder and put it around his waist."

Climbing up the ring steps, slowly due to his injured leg, Steve steps into the ring where he goes face to face with the new BTWF World Heavyweight Champion.

Twist: "So Darson I think I've decided. Looking into your eyes, seeing that gold wrapped around you like a magnificent trophy, and sensing that 'X factor' that you've proudly established you have. Taking note of all these things, seeing all I possibly have to lose at this moment when my title is not up for grabs, watching you breathing heavily and licking your wounds. Knowing that I may not ever get such a perfect chance again I think it's time to take care of the only person who could follow my footsteps in becoming a BTWF AND GWA Champion."

With this Steve brings his right hand back up near his head as Darson takes a defensive stance before throwing a FEINT INTO A HANDSHAKE POSITION!!! With a totally confused crowd looking on Darson drops his defense and looks at Twist's hand, unsure whether or not to accept it. "PLEASE DON'T DO IT" chants come from the crowd as Darson looks back and forth between the fans. Finally, a smirk comes across the face of the new BTWF World Heavyweight Champion as he brings his arm up and spins around to hit Steve with a ROARING BACK ELBOW FEINT!!! The crowd goes wild before noticing Darson miss Twist completely and grasp the hand of the GWA Grand Champion!

Twist: "Cheap prostitutes and nerdy computer fanboys, allow me to introduce you to the end of the Gambino Wrestling Alliance! We are the APOSTLES OF AMARANTHINE and we are now RUNNING THE SHOW!!!"

Twist: "You may now rejoice ******** saying this Twist throws the microphone onto the ground and raises his arm and Darson's into the air.
