Rules
A lot of this is stuff that should go without saying and should be unnecessary but it's helpful to be reminded once in awhile.
exclaim First and foremost, follow the Gaia TOS.
exclaim Be courteous and not hateful. A little flaming and teasing is going to happen, just don't let it get out of hand. The guild captain and Crew have the final say in what is deemed hateful.
exclaim Please do not ask to be a Crew member at this time. Too many users with mod power eliminates effectiveness and can create chaos. If we feel another mod is needed, we will then annouce the need and decide how such person will be chosen.
Posting Guidelines
In effort to eliminate clutter, we have established the following guidelines for posting.
exclaim Please do not create duplicate threads.
--> This includes, but is not limited to, new hang out threads and new threads for a convention that already has an official thread.
--> Remember, new topics do not give you more gold. Previewing your post however, does.
exclaim There is a thread for every convention in known existance, per year. Long threads tend to be glitchy so we will lock each thread a month or so after the con [ when after discussion seems to die - maybe three months? ] and create a new one in order to gear up for the next year.
exclaim If by chance a convention is discovered/created and there is not yet a thread for it, please post the necessary information in the CONVENTION LIST sticky. If you wish to make a thread for the convention, please check with a mod first. We reserve the right to edit the post if we feel the need.
Comments, suggestions, feel free to PM us. Please be polite and use proper grammar/spelling [at least try] else we may not take you seriously and not even consider your message.
