Weapons: The quantity is limited to two medium sized weapons. If you are carrying a broadsword, than the only other weapons you can possibly have are the usual shurikens and kunais.
Abilities: These have to go with your rank. Unless you are a Hokage and possess hundreds of techniques, then you will list your character's favorites here, along with a description. Class them in three different categories: ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu. Summons can only be used by chuunins and higher. Bloodlimits are also restricted. In order for me to accept it, you have to amaze me with literacy and description in your whole profile.
Taijutsu: what I want more is the style of combat; you do NOT have to describe a specific technique.
Weakness: I want this VERY descriptive and well thought-out. Nobody is perfect and I don't want a single word such as "impulsive" for a weakness.
Parents: This also includes the family, if they come from a clan. I will not allow anyone related to canon characters such as 'Sasuke's hidden sister' or 'Negi's true dad'. You can be from their clan if you are not related to them directly, but the Uchihas are out-of-bounds. They were decimated. Period.
History: This is NOT optional. You do not have to make it lenghty, but I want it descriptive enough.
Personality: I want this very detailed and thought-out. I will not accept such nonsense as 'dark and gloomy'. This I want lenghty.

Abilities: sweatdrop Byakugan which is only used in the noble Hyuuga Clan. It is said that the Sharingan is descended directly from the Byakugan. The Byakugan allows the user to see the critical areas and where the chakra is stored in his/her opponent(s). Very rarely can a Byakugan user see the Tenketsu (Chakra holes) and neutralize them, literally stopping their chakra flow and eventually killing the opponent. Hyuuga Neji is one of the few who can do that. One direct hit with the Jyuuken style drains all your chakra and kill you. The Byakugan also allows the user to see almost 360 degrees or panoramic view seeing things from all direction. There are four main users of this very dangerous bloodline and they are: Neji, Hinata, Hinabi, and Hiashi. There is much debate on which is stronger: the Byakugan or the Sharingan.

Chidori, large amounts of chakra are required to where as what looks like a large lightning ball with fizzie-ness is moving around and chirps like one thousand birds in unision.
Taijutsu: Leaf Gale, Strong Fist, Drunken Fist
Weakness: Hers weakness is her past. Just a meantion of it will send her into tears.
Parents: Mother is dead, Father is missing.
History: As a child she was used to seeing her parents fight alot. One day her father hit her mother hard enough to leave a bruise. Once he realized what he did he begged for forgiveness, blaming his reaction on stress at work. Her father was a ninja when there was a great depression through out her clan. The Village wasn't getting many missions because they were weak, normally asking for help. The incident didn't just fade away like that, after a month her father left her mother and herself to go find a better life, promising to return one day. He never did and she is unsure if he is still alive or not. Her mother died when she was ten from an illness. They couldn't afford medical help. She blames herself for all the things that have happened to her family. She left the Village after that, hoping to run from her past and start a new.
Personality: Distant. Perfers keeping to herself than talking. When somebody what it was like as a girl she will run off to avoid telling anybody of her past. She does dream of romance on the occasion with Neji or Shikamaru, but she would never admit to that. She spends her free time reading or training even harder to find her father when she is strong enough.

History: From the Mist Village. When I was little I was picked on alot. No matter what i still always smiled. My parents loved me very much. But then one day my uncle was stayin at our place. He was a bad man. He beat me up for nothin. Every time I came home late he would hurt me, mom, dad, and my lil sister(that was 2). Then one day I came home very late... and my family was killed by my uncle...he was gonna killed me...but some one jumped infront of me to save me...it was a boy from my class...but i forgot his face and his name...all can i remeber was that when he said"i would never leave u"...then I woke up by a lake. Thats when I made up my mind to be a ninja...and to search for that kid...

Family: None anymore after the war with the sound village killed them off
History: He was born and raised in the unknown village, when the war started his family tried to flee but before they could get out the sound ninja killed of his mother, father and his sister. He fleed with his fathers sword before they could kill him. They tried to track him down but found that he couldn't with the techniques he was using they constantly lost track of him. He took care of himself for 5 years until he entered ninja acadamy at the age of 10, a couple years later he was age 12 and he gratuated like everyone else. He then entered the Chuunin exams the year after. He ended up winning his match with his cunning abilities. The Hokage's found favor in him and accepted him as a chuunin. So here he is now age 14 and a chuunin.

Ibiku: Has a wild and instinct driven fighting style. Only stops to thinK after taking damage. From there he will fight cautiously to see his opponents abilities and then devise a counter attack.
Vincent: Follows Ibiku's lead. Is extremely fast
Ninjutsu:
Ibiku: Is fairly skilled in the handling of wind type ninjutsu. He is able to manipulate the wind using his chakra. His usual jutsu are: wind sythe, rumbling wind wall, and wind devastation. He is constantly working on his techniques involving the wind and is still trying to figure out what his secondary element is. He is also able to use random chakra to pull off moves of the feline nature.
Vincent: Uses random chakra to do team attacks with the aid of Ibiku. Is working on chakra control so that he and Ibiku can do a move.
Genjutsu:
Ibiku: Is very skilled with genjutsu. He is able to combine it with his wind type jutsu to create an area effect in which once you enter the set perameter you are caught in. His favorite is to make it seem like it's raining cats. Ibiku's genjutsu is also very hard to dispell. You'd have to exhert almost half of your chakra just to release it.
Vincent: None
Weakness:
Ibiku: EXTREMELY distracted by rolling spheres. Tends to stop fighting to go play with the sphere. He requires Vincent to scratch him whenever this happens.
Vincent: FOOD! Vincent loves to eat and will not stop until whatever he's eating is all gone even if he's full.
Parents:
Ibiku: Lived with his brother in the leaf village 2 years after the death of his mother and father by the claws of the Nine-Tailed Fox. His brother was a Jounin and was called for a mission in which he never returned from. Since then Ibiku has lived alone with Vincent. His other family members have all long since passed.
Vincent: His mother was Ibiku's mother's partner and his father had died protecting his pregnant mother from wolves. Vincent's mother died along side Ibiku's in the fight against the Nine-Tailed Fox. His other relatives are unknown.
History:
Ibiku & Vincent: Ever since Ibiku was little he felt some type of connection to cats. He could always sense their presence and tell how they were feeling just by looking at them. He became infatuated with them and decided he was going have one as his partner just like his mother. This was held off for years because his parents didn't feel as though he was ready to handle that type of responsiblity. Ibiku wanted to show them that he was ready so he started to study hard and become the top student out of the academy. On his 13th birthday Ibiku's mother presented him with his lifetme partner and best friend Vincent. Ibiku's mother's partner had given birth to Vincent just two weeks earlier so he was very young but that didn't stop Vincent from being reckless and curious. One night, a year after Ibiku recieved Vincent, Vincent decided to go out into the forest at night to play without anyone's concent. Once Ibiku noticed Vincent had left he ran into the forest searching for Vincent. It turned out that there was a Genin spy from the hidden cloud village gathering information on the leaf. When he discored that Ibiku in the same area he decided to try and dispose of him. Seeming to be taken off guard by the ninja Ibiku pretended to pass out at the sight of the cloud ninja. Vincent, not knowing it was a hoax, leaped into action at the defense of his partner. Ibiku thought that it might be a good punishment for Vincent's running off if he let him fight the ninja. Much to his surprise Vincent became inraged at the sight of his fallen partner and his chakra surrounded his head creating some sort of chakra mane. Vincent quickly took care of the ninja and ran to the side of his partner Ibiku who was frozen with disbelief.
Personality:
Ibiku: Kind and playful. Ibiku doesn't believe in arguing of any kind and is quick to stop anything leaning twords a fight. Along with this he is protective and heroic which he displayed durring the chunin exams. He's really friendly and has the dream of creating his own village.
Vincent: Curious beyond belief and a bit glutonous. He'd do just about anything for food which gets him into trouble a lot. Ibiku's selflessness has seemed to rub off on Vincent lately as well
