Malice Mizer's first album. It contains 6 tracks and is the only official release with vocalist Tetsu. They later released a DX version with an extra picture book and 1 extra track.

5 months after Malice Mizer released their first album, they went back and reissued it. Memoire DX came in a slipcase that included a "visual story book". It also had an extra track added entitled "Baroque".
