This thread is designated for discussion on Other dolls not mentioned in other threads. Feel free to talk about other dolls that are not mentioned in the threads. Ideas for discussion: Susie dolls, Madame Alexander Dolls, Dawn, Lollipop Dolls, porcelain dolls, glass dolls, paper dolls etc... There are so many beautiful doll brands in the market right now, it's very difficult to give each one a thread. However, if you feel that the specific topic should be made into a thread, please feel free to do so. heart

viiictoria How about Volk's Who's That Girl dolls? I loooooove them, and their clothing is of amazing quality too! I personally prefer Kanna than Mami though, in the Who's that girl dolls, maybe cuz it's the only one I have, I don't have the Mami doll... hopefully i can get one later on.. sweatdrop

These are a couple of my Star Fairies dolls. Star Fairies was a one-time cartoon movie in the 1980s. The toy line from it was lots of fun and I had the entire toy line when I was little. I don't know what happened to my originals, but I have picked up some in their boxes over the past few years.

Anyone else excited about the RuPaul dolls coming out from Integrity this summer? 3nodding I want to try and order at least one (if I can afford to, I want both the one in the skirt and the one in the red PVC).. 3nodding I don't have anything by Integrity yet, but I've seen some of their stuff in stores, everything always looks great and apparently hand painted. I guess it takes one of my favourite celebrities for me to really think about getting one. xd
Edit: Forgot to ask, who is the doll in the first post? She's cute. 3nodding

She's cute. 3nodding I saw the RuPaul dolls, they were selling at $75CDN... but I wasn't too interested in those though, cuz i don't think the outfits from the RuPaul dolls will fit barbie sized ones... so it's a bit more inconvient i guess? I do have some integrity toys playline dolls, it's quite cute, I really like the series where they wear cool leg warmers and all... The doll on the first post is "Etoko-chan" from MARMIT (Japan). There are a few other Etoko dolls out there, but I don't think they have any new ones coming out anymore... sweatdrop

I'm a huge paper doll fan. I've been collecting them since I was about 12. I have a huge anime paper doll collection that I've been meaning to scan and put online, but haven't found the time. My 4 year old recently found some of my older play paper dolls and started playing with them. She loves them, but I hate picking them up. wink

yah, i loved paper dolls too, but they always seem to be a bit easy to rip, around the neck areas... my sailor moon paper dolls, i basically have to tape their necks, or else you'll see the paper doll heads start to fall off, if not, it'll look so loose xd

I had no clue what they were at the beginning since I can't read japanese, but I figured it out later on.

I love Pullips. My friend just got me into them. I have a Nero that I've renamed Astrid and I just ordered an Oren. It's not her original dress. I think it's from a really old Barbie.
