Welcome to The World.
Based on The World in .hack// except use your gaian as your player.
To level up you have to post at least ten times, or go on a mission with someone. Every three monsters you destroy is one level up. 99 is the highest you can go.
Remember this is just like The World, so enjoy cool

*chooses Dark Elf as character and starts The World*
*enters town to find that no one is online* Ah man this sucks....I just started and there is no one to go play with...

Jeez still nobody...Oh well, guess I'll just go fight some monsters for awhile *goes to gate and teleports to Swinging Candace Lithium. Arrives and sees first monster portal* Sweet * walks over to activate it, and three low level bug type monsters pop up* Peice of cake *slashes first bug in half with Sword, then launches tentacles from Demon arm at the other two slices both of them into pieces* Well that was easy. *Levels up, Lv 2*

:flips open laptop and finds the user logs:
Ah!
i see.......
:walks over to the gate and Enters Swinging Candace Lithium, and finds who he was looking for:
aha....
:looks over torwards vegita and calmly walks over to the next monster portal and activates it; two small sillhouette's shine white, then slowly fades to reveal two small boars:
ahhhh....i was hoping for something more interesting...:adjusts his glasses and raises his bow at the first boar, fires, and hits a critical, killing the beast:
sigh....
:the boar attacks and misses:
.......why do they program such a weak monster?
:the boar shifts strangely and blurrs for a moment:
this....isnt normal....
:fires the second barrage of arrows and wounds the second boar, but the boar stands back up, larger.....darker:
:pushes his glasses up again and grins:
this is going to be something.....

*looks over to see new player has joined and is figting a boar*
Sweet somebody else to fight with
*watches fight progress and sees player firing multiple arrows but not doing any damage*
Jeez what a dork...Think he'd learn after the first shot
*pulls off whip and walk over*
Hey nOOb let me show you what you do to a monster that cant take physical damage
*slashes boar with whip and sets him a blaze. Boar disappears*
Jeez your such a nOOb, what took you so long man. I've been waiting for you to get here Ragnarock

You....don't understand....
the other boar was an easy kill.....
what makes this one different?
:looks over to where the boar was and theres a fragment of data flickering and glowing:
look?
did you see that?
its not normal!
:blinks like he's just remembered something:
hey wait a second!
that other boar gave no exp!
whats up with this place?

the other boar was an easy kill.....
what makes this one different?
:looks over to where the boar was and theres a fragment of data flickering and glowing:

whats up with this place? hmm...*checks log* Nah I dont see anything wrong with this place, its a Level for beginers so... *looks at flickering data* probably just a glitch in the system *tentacles move on Demon arm and attack the data. A huge blinding flash...then nothing* Well that was weird...*looks at stats* HOLY CRAP!!!! I just leveled up to Lv 50!!! Dude...Thats wierd....what about you

im lvl 50 too.....
this is.....weird....
what about your inventory?
i have a new item....it's a demonic bow?
seems sort of noobish >_>
:equips it and the bow begins to glow with a blue aura:
this is amazing!
i knew there was something strange here!
....but....i have to wonder.....whats happening here? i feel like i just cheated the system...
lets hope no one finds out about this...

Who cares, all my stats and weapons just got upgraded and all I did was attack a glitch in the system

Deep green eyes blinked, a pair of rabbit ears twitched a top a head of raven hair. Stepping out from behind a wall a rather scantily clad girl took in her surroundings. She wore a strapless, lavender top and a matching pair of what appeared to be no more than regular underwear. Amethyst pendant hung around her neck and a bracelet made of the same jewel on each wrist. A white belt sat loosely on her hips, even more loosely fitted, light purple leg warmers started at her mid calf and ended by almost covering half of her black, baby doll shoes.
"H-hello? Is anybody around?"

*looks over and sees a new player standing next to the dungeon. quickly runs over to meet the new player*
