Yes it does! But if we're to get along, and if there's to be order to this madness, then we've got to have some rules.
Okay, I don't want to sound Elitist or anything here, so i'll do my best.
1.)Always abide by the TOS rules when in this guild.
2.)Post only about Power Metal bands and bands that influenced Power Metal (I.E. Iron Maiden, Dio, etc.).
3.)Because of the varying tastes of many Power Metal fans, a subforum will be made for non Power Metal bands, so members of the guild can talk about other enjoyable bands. Nu-Metal, Industrial Rock, and even Hard Rock bands are welcome, as long as it isn't something like this:

Anyone posting like that outside of a joke will be asked to leave.
4.)Always respect the other members of the guild. Many people have, as was said before, varying tastes, and differing views on music, so always be sure to be courteous to and respect those views. If you have an opinion, voice it in a respectful way.
6.) There is no rule number 5.
7.) Friends don't let friends NOT buy Rhapsody albums.
8.) All posts that are not Power Metal band threads MUST be put into the correct subforum.
9.)Please look for the band you are posting about in all forums, it's very annoying for the mods to have to clean up duplicate threads.
10.)People seem to be under the impression that the band Children of Bodom is power metal, when in reality, it is Melodic Death Metal. While posts about COB are welcome, they are welcome only in the subforum for non-Power Metal bands.
11.)Being literate and using grammar is fun! You should try it sometime.
