Where you live: Atlanta 'burbs Your age and gender: 52, female (yes, older than dirt!) How you arrived at the IDCC: I started it What you do with your time (job, major if you're in school, hobbies, etc.): Job is in the magazine publishing business. My fun activity, and my passion, is 3D. I also have 3 kids, currently 11, 12 and 13. An interesting experience you'd like to share: Yesterday, I saw a pair of jeans in the middle of the road. With the belt still in them. A small photo: State your weapon of choice: Impossible to choose! Anything that glows and makes a zapping sound is cool. Also, I'm thinking about a death ray that will change paperwork into sour cream donuts.

Where I live: Either Pennsylvania or New Jersey, depending on if school's in session or not. My age and gender: 21, female How I arrived at the IDCC: I was invited by Fresnel! Yay! What you do with your time: I'm in my 3rd year of studying to be an Occupational Therapist. I have 2 more years to go. My passion is singing, especially four part harmonies that are nicely balanced. Oh, and I have a strange obsession with British people. An interesting experience to share: Two nights ago as my boyfriend was walking me home, we found a small potted tree smack in the middle of an intersection. I tried to take a picture with my camera phone, but it didn't come out. Later on, a friend told us that we should have taken the tree. I thought it looked dead though... A small photo: Weapon of choice: Hmm... I'd have to go with either a ray gun that shoots out large amounts of cotton candy (to wrap the victim in a coccoon) or some sparkly pom poms that have brass knuckles hidden in them where I hold the pom poms. That'd be wicked awesome!

Hi! You're the first IDCC poster!
Weird about all the things that are in the road these days. eek
I didn't know you were an Anglophile. Or liked to sing 4-part harmonies. The cotton candy gun is interesting ... dare I say, wicked sweet?

hehehe It took me a while to figure out what an Anglophile was. But I had a flash of smartness and figured it out.
And yes, I would rather hear and sing 4 part choral work than sing what's on the radio sometimes. It may sound weird, but it's the truth.
And hooray for being the first poster (aside from you, of course)!

Where you live: Downtown in some city, Canada
Your age and gender: 21, Female
How you arrived at the IDCC: Got invited by Fresnel!
What you do with your time (job, major if you're in school, hobbies, etc.): I draw a lot, and I love to download music. Music is life! I'm also known as a s**t disturber. I'm not sure that that's a good thing... I'm also just finished my second year of Paralegal Studies, but I'm transferring into Architectural Technology next year.
An interesting experience you'd like to share: I baked a cheesecake at my friend's cottage once, and when it came time to wash the dishes she wouldn't tell me where the dishwasher soap was (the powdered kind) so I used liquid dish soap. I came back from dinner to find the kitchen filled with about a foot of bubbles.
She didn't think it was funny when I tried to clean them up with a shovel.
A small photo:

State your weapon of choice: Ooh ooh! Hand grenades, launched from my trusty potato launcher! I like things that asplode.

Hello everyone Where I live: Eastern Pennsylvania and Long Island, NY depending on if school is in session or not Age and Gender: 20 Male How I arraived at IDCC: I was invited by Fresnel after being referred by Blossom. mrgreen As an English major, I have plenty of reading and writing to do for my classes, but I still love to read and occasionally write. I write poetry more than anything else because my prose is horrible. I also love listening to music and playing all kinds of games. I play the gard game Magic and I DM a dungeons and dragons campaign with some of my friends. I also enjoy shooting baloon rockets, freeing kites, trying (and failing) to learn the bass and doing philosophy. Judo is fun too. I miss it. One time I was going to post a story about an intersting experience i've had, but then I realized that Blossom had already posted the same story. After that I decided to just mention that I once set myself on fire accidentally while cooking. Weapon of choice: Green fire feather boa thing and screaming balloon rockets

I, for one, am going to covet your green boa. *grins and winks*
I also wish to hear this story. Can you put it out the in main thread causeway.
Hmmm...Fresnel...should we theme our rooms at this guild like rooms in the IDCC Headquarters?

I think I'm gonna say I cheat and look up some good old fashioned Justice League layout goodness and then modify it to suit our purposes.
I don't doubt there's some sort of imaginary blueprints that we can use to further our lairish subforum name requirements.
*giggles* I'll work on it manana...I've got a date with the EQ2 fairies now.
I do know we'll need a lounge, a lobby (intro?), a "war room", a diplomatic area and a some other sorts of stuff.
