Screams echoed throught Heaven. Fleeing for their lives, the citizens flung themselves to the nearest world they could find. Only six stood strong. The Gaurdians. Swords drawn, they faced the sea of demons the hurtled toward then. They fought with all their might toward the center of the mass, the sound of clanging weapons ringing in their ears. The six of them lunged at the largest of the demons, a fire in each of their eyes, determined to save their home. The demon had other plans. Six arms flew out, blocking the blows. With an evil laugh, a wave of darkness engulfed everything left in Heaven. It crumbled. Knocked out from the blast, the Gaurdians plummeted to Earth.
No one knows to this day where they have gone, or if they have survived. The truth, is soon to be revealed.

Welcome to Sanctuary, the role play of the Gaurdians. This is the story of the six Gaurdians, who must gather the pieces of Heaven and restore it. They have lost almost all of their memory, and currently live with adoptive families.
When they fell to Earth, they were turned into small children, the age of six. They were all adopted into separate families, spread across a town. This is ten years later. A piece of Heaven has been found by Cara, one of the Gaurdians. Soon, all of the Gaurdians will be coming together.
Of course, there is not all good. The high demons are out searching for them. They know the Gaurdians are not gone. One can never tell where a demon might be.
These are the rules:
~This is a literate roleplay. So please use " "for speaking, ' ' for thinking, and (()) or [[]] for out of character speaking. No *'s except if it's out of character.
~This is PG-13. There is no set genre, really, though it is probably action/romance. So please, just think about what you're posting
~Be kind to all members of the guild. I should not have to say this. There are already warnings around
~No Godmodding. Example of Goddmodding:

In the Gaurdians, there are three girls and three boys. You may name them as you wish. There are about eight high demons. Humans are also needed (maybe) in this roleplay. They would add some spice to it. Of course, they are a little limited. The Gaurdians have all lost their memory except for little snipits perhaps. Their wings are sealed for now, and all that remains is a very small tatoo of wings on their backs. This is how you will set up a profile:

Personality: Cara, when it comes to sticking up for others, she is very upfront. However, for herself, she can be a little timid. She is kind, and is always willing to share her opinion. Making someone laugh or smile is one of her hobbies.
Weakness: One of her weaknesses is that she is very self-concious, due to the fact she was teased when she was younger about being the "weirdo" child.(she claimed to see white and a few black bubbles with feathers floating around. Will be explained) Cara fears the dark, death, and nothingness. Though she will try hard to hide it. She really doesn't have any solid friends.
History: Cara was teased as a child. In her family, she has an older brother, but they are about six years apart. Regardless, her family was very kind and she loves them dearly.
Anything special: She's been having odd dreams lately, and they won't leave her alone...

Weakness: Being called "different"(even though she is), talking about her sick brother, and she has anger problems.
Personality: Tomboyish. She gets along with anybody. Sometimes she's moody, but she's usually pretty nice. She's what people call a half-goth, meaning she soometimes has a mood swing and starts acting like a goth. She outgoing and fun, even if she doesn't look it.
History: Her "brother" has gotten sick and is in a coma in the hospital. She keeps this secret to herself.
Anything special: She's been having the same dream over and over again, every night. She's just been ignoring it.

Character Name: Roman Chezna
Age: 16

Powers: Some light magic. Also the ability to controle the tempurature around and in him, though it's based mostly on his mood.
Weapons: Two foldable fans, one with a fire design and the other with an ice design. The edges are very sharp.
Personality: Calm and collected, he's mostly void of emotion. At the same time, however, he isn't completely heartless. He does his best to be polite and kind to people he likes.
Weakness: If he gets too emotional, he has a chance of either freezing himself to death or burning himself up from the inside.
History: He has three older brothers and two sisters, one whom is younger. He used to frequently get fevers because he was always getting angry, and used to get painfully cold when he was sad. When he realized the reasons for these tempurature changes, he started to grow less and less emotional, until he could at least semi-control what he felt.
Anything Special: Besides the fact that his emotions could kill him, not really.
Username: Mayfall
Character name: Birdie
Age: 16-years-old on earth, unknown up in heaven.
Appearance: Birdie Two, loose braids top Birdie's head, and large, brown eyes gaze out from under stringy bangs. She wears very creative clothing that shows off her unique interests, and most of it she's made herself. She can sometimes be seen wearing top hats and boots, and reading a book.
Powers: She has the power to control the wind, and by whistling, so can knock cherry blossoms off trees, or by blowing a little bit, she can turn the pages of the book she's reading.
Weapons: Bow and arrows. She specializes in archery, and knows how to fence but she's not the best at it.
Weakness: Birdie's biggest weakness is her love for her family; she would do anything to keep them safe. She's also not very strong in stressful situations, and she was always the first to be found in hide-n-seek when she was little, because she would always give up.
Personality: Birdie's kind of quiet and keeps to herself, and buries herself in the books she reads sometimes, and she can zone out un-expectantly. She's very spacey, and can stop half-way through sentences and thoughts, finding them again after minutes of silence. She sometimes mumbles to herself, too. She doesn't have many friends, but it seems to suit her fine.
History: Birdie grew up with a mom who's a writer, and a dad who's a teacher at a private school. She's the second oldest in her family, with an old sister, and a pair of twins younger than her; one a boy, one a girl. Her father, who's a P.E. teacher, teaches archery and fencing, and taught them all archery and fencing, and Birdie excelled at archery, and has taken it as a hobby, when she's not reading.
Anything special: Birdie writes and reads in her spare time, and her favorite genre is fantasy; she believes there is such a thing as magic, and loves the wing tattoo on her back. She believes it's a sign, and the dreams she's been having lately have done nothing to change her mind...

Weapons: A long scythe, summoned through shadow.
History: She is not a true being... her kind are created demons who are made by other demons to fufill a certain purpose, usually to kill someone. When it was discovered that the Guardians were still alive, she was sent to stop them before they could renew Heaven.
However, after given her purpose and sent to earth, her memory dissolves, and she is left completely clueless on a strange world.
Personality: She's as curious and oblivious as a newborn lamb. Though she cries at the drop of a hat. There are just so many things in this world that confuses her...
Weakness: Shadow demons sare the same weakness. A blow through the heart will kill them. Other ways to stop one, though, includes a strong magical shock.
Anything special: For a demon, she's pretty fragile, and somehow she always finds danger around the corner.

Age: Demon years, 24, human years, really old.
Gender: Female

Powers: Spellcaster. Most spells she knows are elemental (eg. water, wind, darkness, ect.) Sometimes she has to use potions to aid her spells.
Weapons: Staff and dagger used to cast spells.
Weakness: She cannot cast spells without her staff or dagger.
Personality: Evil, but serious and calm. Keeps a steady head in battles.
History: Jin is the only one of the high demons to cast spells. But as top demon sorcerer, she is quite powerful and a formidable enemy. She cannot fly like other demons without a spell to help.
Anything special: She is also the one who made and summoned Carrion. She has some control over her, but cannot directly influence her actions.

Cara walked along the street, ignoring the rude thoughts about her outfit. She got it all the time. Besides, she was too ocupide with the dream she had had the last night. She had been holding a sword, attacking a shadow. There was a wave a dark, then she had awoken, sweating and panting. "Why won't this leave me... alone?" she thought, not paying attention to anything else.

Yoshiko sighed as she walked home from the hospital. She was thinking of her brother whom she had just visited. She closed her eyes, picturing her brothers face before it had a mask and tubes coming off of it. The neightborhood was quiet this time of day. She stuck her hands in the pockets of her jacket.

When Cara accepted the hand, a vision flashed before her eyes.
Standing there, the five blurry people beside her. One of them, becoming clearer...'
Cara stumbled, but caught herself. "S, sorry. Woah..." she smiled a little, also embarrassed. 'Oh man, now she's going to think I'm really weird...'

When their hands met, Yoshiko had the same vision. She stood there, eyes unfocused, like she was possessed or something. She shook the vision out of her head. She glanced at the girl. "...Did something just happen?" she said aloud, not really caring what the other girl thought of her.
