i dun like the american version. it's very very short compared to the jap one and the voices for the american aren't decent. but eh. i likethe jap version better

alrighty
so i picked up the english dvd a few days ago. I like Could, tiffa, marline, and sephiroths voice
the trio just didnt sound as creepy, scary/dark as they shold have. the voices just seemed weak and didnt match up as well at the japanese ones did.

me, i rather ike the engish voices...I mean there were a few spots where the lip flaps didnt match, but id rather hear english voices that I can pay attention to the animation then have to read...

I think that was because the mouths were hard to animate? I mean, they barely moved at all, I can't see how they'd fit with any voice actor...

ladyrampage LostShinigami the english dub of it wasnt bad its quite good although some character voices like sephiroth did not sound right, japanese was perfect the japanese always do it better its a general rule the original japanese is usually better done than dubbed, few exceptions are like ranma 1/2
