Welcome to *~Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry~* RGP. I am your Head Mistress Autumn SilverMoon. Your Deputy Head Mistress is Professor RavenStar(Noggle Bandit). Id like to take this time to make sure everyone has been sorted into their houses. If for some reason you have not, Please contact me or Noggle Bandit and let us know.
Id like to tell you a bit about the guild and how id like it to be. You each will be sorted into your proper houses. Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw. After you are sorted, the sorting hat will then alert the heads of house to let them know of their new students. The House common rooms are to be used only by those that are in that house. Anyone caught in a common room that isn't there's will have house points taken off from their house. House Points will be kept on the welcome page for all to see. You can earn house points by doing your classwork, doing good deeds, and just helping out.
Heads of house, teachers, and prefects are the only ones aloud to give out points. You are aloud to Role play in this guild, but only in the designated sub-forums. There will be an area in the common rooms for you to rp in. Do not flood me with owls asking to be a teacher, prefect or head of house. Their will be proper forms set up to apply for these jobs. You must qualify. Prefects will be selected from active members.
We will have certain events coming up. Prizes will be handed out. Id appreciate it if you will keep the swearing down to a minimal, and nothing sexual either. Kissing and hugging is aloud, but lets keep it PG13 if we could. The first years need not see that sort of thing. Most of all have fun! If I think of anything else ill post it. Otherwise, Begin the welcome feast!
Also If you change your name on gaia, please notify me! I need to keep that up to date just in case you win a prize, or need to be notified, I wont be able to contact you since id only have your old name on file.
