i just wanted to know what tales games you guys own ;o
For me its
-Tales of Symphonia (GCN E)
-Tales of Legendia (PS2 E)
-Tales of Phantasia (GBA E)
-Tales of the World:Narikiri Dungeon 3 (GBA J)
i have a small collection crying but i hope to get ToD and ToDII soon!

Your collection is small? Hey, I only have ToS and ToD. That, and I'm ashamed to say that I picked up the english version of ToP. I've been reading an online translation and compairing it to the translation for the American release... I haven't seen such bullshit translations since the early early 90s, when it was more forgivable becasue almost all the games were just bad to begin with.
Someday in the far future, I hope to have a PS3 so I can finaly import games. I seriously can't afford that right now though crying

I heard the dialogue in the English Phantasia was like a five-year-old wrote it.
I have:
-Tales of Symphonia (Eng.)
-Tales of Legendia (Eng.)
-Tales of Destiny (Sadly, Eng. No skits. sad )
-Tales of Phantasia (ROM)
I'm still waiting to get some cash for Eternia (Up to $70 on Ebay? a*****e sellers.). I'm actually thinking about getting Destiny 2 just for the hell of it. I wouldn't be able to even play it, seeing as how I don't have a J-PS2, and don't know how to mod one.

-Tales Of Symphonia, English, Gamecube. I bought it, honestly randomly, at the end of June 2005 and I really liked it; thus, my "Tales" infatuation sparked. I'm not on my seventh playthrough, the single thing I have left to do in the game being getting Zelos' wretched "Gigolo" title. -_-;;
-Tales Of Destiny II (Eternia), English, Playstation. I bought this one after seeing Farah Oersted and Meredy in the Meltokio Coliseum Exhibition Match in Tales Of Symphonia. I liked the two characters I saw. ^_^; So, I bought this off eBay the day of Halloween 2005, and it arrived in late November. I finally got to play it when I got a Playstation 2 the day after Christmas, though. >_> I just beat the game! (on April 24th, 2005)
-Tales of Phantasia, English, Gameboy Advance. People will probably hate me for it, but I have no negative mind for the pretty-bad translation errors. In fact, I'm just glad I got Tales Of Phantasia in my language. xD KirbyVolt and everyone else probably feels murderous feelings for the version, but... I don't see much wrong with it. (Haha, probably because I haven't played the Japanese version, of course) Anyway, I bought this exactly a week after it came out in March 2005 (the 8th). I bought the Gameboy Advance SP on January 26th just so that I'd have one to play this game when it came out. Honestly!
Also; I'm looking to buy Tales Of Legendia (English), Tales Of Destiny (English), and the real Tales Of Destiny 2 (the Japanese version, obviously; despite my Japanese "incapabilities"). I'll buy Tales Of Legendia when it drops from a colossal $59.99, I'll buy Tales Of Destiny when I manage to get it for cheap off eBay, and I'll be getting Tales of Destiny 2 within the next week. =) Along with a Japanese Playstation 2 key to play it with on my PS2.
Anyway. Sorry for providing a life story with each game... I usually don't care what translations are like, hell I just play a game for fun, not for a challenge or a story. I could handle the GBA version of ToP, since that my Half life 2 game does have some lag down. 3nodding

I was planning on finally owning Eternia with the PSP until I realized how much awesomerness the DS is.

To be honest though, I've never played the original ToP, but my brother had a rom of it on his computer. Also, the *ahem* questionable scenes that you hinted at were on this forum, so I have seen them. I really want the PS2 version of ToS, but that is going to have to wait until I buy a Playstation.
