This, as you see, is the battle arena, where you can battle with your serpent, against other serpents, or inhabitants of the rp area.
Most important!: the battle tags. Without a battle tag, your serpent cannot fight. period, no exeptions. (they cost 1,000g xd ) Here's an Idea of what one looks like:
 This is Bixes' battle tag. The top row, is the serpent's stats. HP=health points, E=energy, A=attack, D=defense, S=speed, and P=power. -HP is what determine's how long your serpent can survive. -Energy is your serpents mental stamina, it's used for special attacks, listed on the bottom row. (ex. "E:4"=this attack requires four energy). Attack is your serpent's strangth. It dertermines damage. Defense is your seprpents toughness. It also determines damage. Speed determines who attacks first. Power is the new attack for special abilities.
Special attacks Your serpent is different, it's special. Thus, It has it's own unique power, and attack. Also, each Type of serpent has 5 different unique abilities to choose from, as a secondary attack/power. Each one has a cost, in addition to the price of the battle tag. (1k if you missed it) When you buy a battle tag, please clearly state which attack/power you want. At lvl 1, (when you start) you can choose from the lvl 1 attacks only (dur). Once you reach lvl 5, you can choose a new attack, that better fits your level. Here are the lvl 1 attacks:
LV 1
Normal:
1) Constrict E: 3 P:3 110g Decreases opponent's A by 2 on their next turn. 2) Bash E: 4 P:0 180g Decreases opponent's D by 2 for 2 turns. 3) Charge E:0 P:5 200g Regenerates 3 energy.
4) Submission E:5 P:A+5 300g Your serpent does 3 damage to itself. 5) Stare down E:2 P:0 250g During your preparation step, roll a D6, 3+=decrease oppon- ent;s D to 2.
Aquatic:
1) Freeze fin E:4 P: OD+3 100g (opponent's D plus 3) 2) Water gun E:2 P:0 150g lowers opponent's D by result of D6 for 2 turns. 3) Dive E:3 P:0 120g Decrease your A by 1/2, Increase your D by the same amount. 4) Bubble Gun E:3 P:0 200g Decreases opponent's A by result of D6 for 2 turns. 5) Drink Water :/power/: 300g During your recollect step, you gain 1 HP.
Angelic:
1) Light ray E:4 P:A+2 100g
2) Feather wind E:3 P:4 150g Opponent's D reduced by 2 during this attack. 3) Glory :/power/: 250g Opponent's E reduced by 1 during your preparation step. 4) Splendor :/power/: 300g Opponent's A reduced by 1 for the battle. 5) Halo Toss E:1 P:A+1 200g (you can choose another if you pick this one).
Exp 3-higher lvl=25exp 2-lvl higher=20exp 1-lvl higher=15exp equal level=10exp 1-lvl lower=5 exp 2-any lower=1 exp
once a serpent reaches 50 exp, it levels up.

OK, lets get started with a sample battle. You saw Bixes' stats, so here's his opponent: Flameman HP:11 E:3 A:5 D:3 S:5 Power:/none/ Enflame: E:3 P:A+3
Before you start: First thing's first, before you fight, compare your serpent's speed to your opponent's speed. (Bixes=8; Flameman=5). Bixes has higher speed, so he goes first. Let's get started.

T1 During your turn, you go through three steps; preparation, attack, and recollect. Your first turn skips preparation, so now we attack! (But wait, there's more).
When you attack, you compare your attack to your opponent's defense. (Bixes=5; Flameman=3). Then you roll a D6, and add your total to your attack/defense. Let's say we roll a 5, and they roll a 2. (normally, you use the gaian dice system for this). (Bixes=10;Flameman=5). Subtract 5 from 10 (Bixes' A-Flameman's D). Therefore, the attack does 5 damage to flameman.
Now Flameman has 6 HP left! Tadaa! Attacking! Now, this activates Bixes' special power: his super speed! It reads:After your attack, roll a D6, 4+=Bixes can attack again. *rolls dice* Neat! I got a 4. That means...Bixes can attack again ^-^ This time, though, let's use Bixes' special attack; Bash. This attack costs 4 energy, dropping Bixes' energy to 3. But for a good cause! It drops the D of Flameman by 2 for two turns. (Defense=31) That ends our attack step. Now for the recollect step. Bixes has no powers or special attacks that involve this step, so let's skip it for now.
OT1 Opponent's turn! Remember, sice it's Flameman's first turn, he skips the "prepartaion" step, so now he can attack. He's in bad shape, so he's going all out. He uses his special attack: Enflame. This attacks power is 8 (5+3), plus whatever he rolls! wow, a whopper! Well, let's roll. (Bixes=5; Flameman=6) Flameman hits Bixes for a heaping 7 damage! Leaving him at three (10-7=3)
