Brave.Daring. Bold. Chivalrous.
Gryffindor is most often seen as, "the best house," of Hogwarts. Of course, that title can't go to any house in particular, as they all have praiseworthy traits. We know the most about Gryffindor than any other house. To be in Gryffindor usually means you're brave, and borderline reckless.
Occasionally we see Gryffindors with other admirable (and not so admirable) tendancies, but most often we see bravery, however hidden it may be. Even if you think you might be a bit of a nervous wreck, chances are if you're in Gryffindor you have boldness hidden within you, only to emerge in a time of need.
To be a Gryffindor can be similar to saying you're most like a knight, showing bravery and chivalry. You can be very honorable. However, don't let pride be your downfall. Congratulations on being sorted into Gryffindor!

Hi, I'm Katriona, but I'm mostly known as Katie. I'm... ah.... the girl that fell flat on her face infront of the entire school and the weird sisters earlier. I'm 17 and Irish. And ... uh..... that's about it, for now. (To all the many, many other Gryffindors out there rolleyes )

Hi I'm Victoria but my friends call me Vicky. I'm 20 I didn't know I was a witch until I was already 16, so I'm in my 5th year here. I'm from the united states, and my mom and dad are both muggle but my grandma was a witch before she died.

I'm Terrance Nix, I'm 15 and from Warwickshire England. My mother was muggle born while my father seemed full fleshed wizard. I am reckless at times and quiet but I can be a very good friend...

My name is Kalylah IceWalker, and I believe that I am the youngest Gryffindor in here... Yep, I'm 12. I'm Pure-blood, though my great grand-mother was a muggle. I live in Canada; long trip it took me to come here, all the way to Hogwarts.

Hello, I'm Salem.
My mother is a wicth, and my father is a vampire.
I lived in japan for a long time untill about the age of 14.
I was soon transfered from my current school to hogwarts, thus being sorting into gryffindor and so on and so forth.
Yes, Due to me being half vampire I have a bit of a biteing problem, so please dont be surprised if I bite you in an argument or hiss.
I can go out in the day and stay awake, but I will look at the ground alot in direct sunlight.
