The SIN price guide is now gone. Because of this, if you have any goodbyes/closing statements/words to say to the SIN Staff, about the guide itself, or anything in particular, say it here.
And please, don't post to enflame/troll. Any opinions regarding this topic should be presented in a mature, intelligent manner.
In light of recent events, and since it seems there's tons to say regarding the SIN and its employees, I figured there might as well be an official place to speak your mind.
Please don't resort to plotting behind our backs, or keeping some anti-price-guide-hatred bottled up inside. The SIN/JPG was originally created by many different individuals, not just FelineOddity. She, nor has any staffer, ever manipulated pricings for personal benefit. I can verify that myself. We're all friends with common relationships, yes, but that would be crossing the line. And we all know that.
We're dedicated workers, --for the most part, who have tried hard to make this place a nice guide. And when you denounce that, for whatever reason, you go right through the avatar and into our minds, insulting the time we've spent here and the pieces of our lives we've sweat into the miles of text and endlessly complex code listings in order to suit the needs of our fellow Exchangers. Your words aren't harmless, some of us are more sensitive than others, and it's to them when the words feel more like punches to the gut.
And what have we resorted to? In the first place, it's just Gaia. Is it worth ruining another's day/week/month/life over? We generally support any price guides wanting to make the Exchange a better place, we don't ever want guide/guild wars or flaming. We're all people deep down, we have dignity, and when we treat others like barbarians, it shows very poorly of one's character.
Sometimes, we take Gaia too seriously; we treat it like real life. We're pricing pixels. None of this is materialistically evident, please note that. We're having fun with our guide, all we ask is you don't hate us before you get to know us. Anything else you want to think about us is fine. But please remember, ignorant hatred is the sharpest knife of all.
Now, as it stands, the SIN is intact. Staffers are free to update whenever. Just to clear the fog a bit around civil terms. Our doors aren't shut, nor will they ever be; we'll always be open if the right circumstances allow us to be.
That being said, if you have any feedback, like suggestions, complaints, or general feedback concerning any component of this guild or the SIN, please state your issue in this thread. We'll look into it.
Additionally, any complaints about other users/TOS violations should be PMed to a Crew member/Gaia Moderator of your choice, but it should preferably be an active one. This thread's for casual feedback only.

I am always proud to be a SIN supporter.
I just wish I could share in the bond that you guys have as staffers, maybe one day I can be an official staff member too. I'll keep posting links whenever I can to prove myself
I am always willing to help with ANYTHING else you guys need. Just ask and I'll do the best I can to help make this guide better.

Aw, SIN is really closing... That sucks. I've always liked SIN the best out of all the price guides. Well, it was good while it lasted... And I read in the other thread that it's becoming a charity now...? I'll see if I can donate/help out at all once it's up and running ^^.

Yes, goodbye to the SIN. My first and only true loyalty on Gaia. I haven't had any such allegiance to any other price guide before SIN. It's a shame to see it go. Especially after all the hardships it pulled through, and even after I finally get to be a staffer sweatdrop
Well, it was great while it lasted. I just wish I could've been more active from the beginning...

Sin will stay with us, and I am serious about the chraity, I just need to get some time to work on it. Been working thrid shifts this last week and it's making me sleep too much during the day. crying
