It's really not that hard to do.
First you need to design the graphic you're going to use for the image map.
Next, you need to sign up with a webpage.
After that, you need to slightly modify some code (so that when you click on a region, it takes you there)
Then, you need to FTP the code to your webpage
Lastly, you put the small bit of code in your siggy.
And, you're done!
