wanna know if that game youve been itchin to buy stands up to the hype? read our game reviews! you can also request us to review games if youd like, i usually rent once a month, dunno about ash but we shall do our best.
So for the first review i think im gonna have to say my favorite game of all time
HALF LIFE 2
i was bored in the summer and i forget what actually made me buy it, but i decided i would give half life 2 a shot. starts off like pretty much every other game, you go through and find out that theres a problem with the planet, and that your the only one who can do something about it, but then half life 2 shows you why it is nothing like any other game. it is definately something else to be running from a helecopter, and literally you have to run, theres no way for you to shoot it down at the time, you really feel like its you running and that your actually going to die. half life 2 is also a game that never used cutscences except for at the beginning and at the end, other than that when you beat a level, it doesnt just end in a flash, the characters that are in the area will talk to you and tell you to follow them and such to keep the story rolling and tell you what you are going to do and how to do it. it is amazing how they were able to do that, it really made you feel like you influenced everything within the game, whereas in halo or halo 2 you have missions and you just take a dropship there or something, this you get everywhere all by yourself, and it makes the story and the game so much stronger when there is no guessing to do. some of the levels are absolutely huge! and when i say huge i mean it! and im not sure why no other game has tried this, but putting puzzle elements into a first person shooter was absolutely brilliant, it kept you thinking about what you were doing, not just mindless shooting, and it was at times very self rewarding to figure them out. to me, this is the best game that has ever been made, far surpasses the halo franchise, if you have not played it already, do yourself a favor and buy/rent it, you wont regret it! 5/5 i saw that ash said what it will run on so ill tell you too Xbox and PC PC version>xbox version though, unless your running at minimum settings on your pc. however if you have a pc that meets reccomended or better settings then by all means go with the pc version!

Alrighty ^^
the game im gonig to recomend is: Paper Mario: the thousand year door.
Its players chice now I believe so it shouls only cost like30 dollars new which isn't alot. The thing I like about this game is that its not to hard that it makes you cry playing it, and you can actually enjoy it, but it is also fun and long. I played it for probally 40 hours before beating it which is pretty good. in this game you play as mario, and you have to do a bunch of different quests, after you complete the game theres still stuff to do, like make different recipes to make new items, or do the cave of 100 battles (really hard) I like the games master at the end, really hard, but a cool villan, you will have to play and see ^^
System(s) its avail on: Gamecube.

I want to write reviews too, is that fine?
*MUST BUY! - GOLD* Game: .hack//G.U. Vol. 1-Rebirth Info:G.U. is the sequel to the original .hack series. It has a total of three volumes.
Main Story: Haseo was PKed the first time he logged in The World R:2. He was saved by Ovan, a Steam Gunner. 8 months later, Haseo is a Level 133 PKK, known as The Terror of Death by PKers. He finally found Tri-Edge, a PK who PKed his friend Shino. They fought, then Tri-Edge Data Drained him back to Level 1. That's when the true story starts.
Gameplay: Its a very good game, and a lot different from the original series. The controls are very easy.
Music: Its very nice and enjoyable to hear. There are many BGMs for you to unlock through Ryu Books.
Battle System: Its awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot different from before. This time, there will be a wall surrounding the battle area, and you need Smoke Screens to escape. New stuff includes Rengekis and Awakenings.
Graphics: Terrific. Spectacular. Of course, it can't beat FFXII, but fairly good overall.
Playable Characters: Haseo, The Terror of Death(Adept Rogue) Atoli, The Mirage of Deceit(Harvest Cleric) Kuhn, The Propagation(Steam Gunner) Pi, The Avenger(Tribal Grappler) Silabus(Blade Brandier) Gaspard(Shadow Warlock) Piros the 3rd(Lord Partizan)
Score: 9.5/10
Difficulty: ***
My Opinion: Buy it. Just buy it. Buy it, play it, replay it, treasure it.
