 Saige tired of the same old routine of hanging out in the same old wing of the agency decided to explore and see if she could discover any of the agencies secrets. Strolling out of the room she had been in she turned down on of the halls, lamps dimly lit upon the walls lit the way.
After about ten minutes or so even though it seemed longer Saige came across two large doors in which she had never seen before. Made of a dark oak with golden knobs of leaves and vines, with intricate nature patterns carved throughout the wood work. They peaked Saige's interest.
Placing her paw upon the handles she slowly opened the doors. There in front of her was something like she had never seen before. Behind the doors was a grand court yard garden, one like she could never have imagined. The flowers and plants weren't like those that grew in places she had seen. The trees having a silver like bark with beautiful blue leaves. The skies above were clear and the stars and full moon was out casting their light into the garden. Flowers were blossomed everywhere even in the moonlight and seemed to sparkle brightly of soft pinks, purples, and blues.
The stone pathway lead to a circular area in which there were a few benches circling a magestic and tall marble fountain as the water poor from its spouts and sparkled like diamond while mysterious lights of many colors played within the cyrstal like streams.
Exploring the area Saige also came across a small pond that its water was so still and clear it seemed to look like a sheet of glass. Everything seemed like it was out of a dream, with sheer beauty.
She strolled back over to a bench by the fountain by one of the majestic trees in this secret garden and sat herself upon it listening to the silence, wondering if anyone else might find this true treasure of a place.

Lost in thought, Riordan thought to himself, or perhaps just lost. Where had Tangel gotten off to? It seemed like she'd been in front of him just a moment ago, talking about going to a lake.
Lakes were nice, he'd thought, and since he still wasn't quite sure what it was that he was supposed to do around here, he thought he'd go with her.
That went well.
But instead of getting frustrated, Riordan took a deep breath and cranked up the music on his headphones, wandering around seemingly aimlessly, looking for his friend.
What he saw instead was a quick glimpse of black fur and gray hair dissapearing into a building he knew only as 'the agency.' He couldn't hear the music over his own, but he could have sworn it was Saige.
Aha, he thought, someone to direct me to the lake! Saige had been around the area longer than he had, so perhaps she could point him in the right direction. But she seemed to be on a mission, searching.
"For something different," Riordan muttered. Something other thant he same walls, the same grass, the same people. Something different.
At the end of the hallway he'd managed to follow her to, she dissapeared behind a tall door with beautiful workings on it. Intent on not getting lost again, Riordan rushed through.
What met his eyes was something he hadn't expected. It was a beautiful garden, with colors enough to make him catch his breath. Slowly he made his way around the winding stone pathway to where she sat, listening to the music that nature provided.

Gazing at the dancing lights in the fountains water almost in a trance like state she suddenly sensed someone coming.
It was a feeling of someone familiar but still unknown really. Looking away from the dancing lights in the crystal waters of the fountains stream Saige looked over in the direction of the spiraling stone path to see whom might have also found this beautiful and mysterious place.
Saige smiled then as she spotted the charming Riordan walking along the path. Eyes sparkling with interest and intrugue she just smiled sweetly at him and waited for him to come near.

"These marvelous colors, flowers of every kind
What is this place that you've managed to find?"
The rhyme slipped out without his thinking, the beauty of the garden taking it's toll on his senses. Trying to take in everything as he walked, Riordan made his way slowly to perch on the edge of the fountain, holding one paw out to catch the sparkling drops.

Saige without even thinking picked up on his speech and dialect which once again like another audio had before brought forth a more natural way of speaking in which she heard Damen and Dark do so often at the manor on the islands.
"That good sir, thy does not know. I sense however, that of a great magic amounst the air of a place such as this and lingering in its natures tune the words of Secrets Garden come forth and play upon thy tongue."
The twinkle in her eye danced like the shing stars as she got up from the bench and walked over to the fountain and to sat near the waters edge. Placing a paw under a flowing stream she let the cool water lace between her fingers.

Riordan thought about that for a moment before smiling slightly. She had such a beautiful accent, and he enjoyed listening to the words. He thought that, perhaps, the english of today had lost the flowing majesty of it's words.
"That, I believe is the perfect lable
for this is like something from a fable.
Fairy tales and mysteries, locked away
I wonder what kind of magic is waiting to play?"
With that, he turned his head away from the fountain and to the foliage around him. It was all so strange; he hadn't seen any of them before. What were there names? What kind of creatures would roam these paths, if any? The call of curiosity seemed to pull him away from the fountain, and he stood, taking only a step before turning back to look at Saige as if asking, Shall we?

Saige looked up at Riordan from where she sat and smiled at him gently before getting up from the place at the fountain in which she sat.
Strolling over to his side she gave another soft smile, "there are always majestic things that occur in magical hideaway such as these. Fair and few are places solely created in worlds of magic, true treasures that the world still manages to keep remaining and pure."
She slid her headphones down around her neck and put her music on mute to enjoy the true music of this magical place.

Riordan likewise turned his music down in respect for Saige's silence and the music surrounding them. When she rose to walk behind him, he set out on the stone pathway that miandered about through this 'Secret Garden' to see what all, exactly was there.
Most of the flowers he'd already seen, although they still took his breath away, especially the way the moon shone down on them, making them look almost like a dream. This whole place was like a dream.
But as he walked, he seemed to see the moon reflecting in a different manner, at a place just off the trail.
"I see something, just off the path
It almost looks like a lake of glass."
He knew, in his mind, that it couldn't be a huge pane of glass, but that was what it looked like to the T. The soft silver light reflected in such a way that it was nearly impossible to see underneath it's glossy surface. Riordan looked once more to his companion before setting out in that direction.

Saige smiled sweetly at Riordan as he looked at her and continued to walk along his side.
When they got to the small lake Saige couldn't help but head to the waters edge, turning her head back to where Riordan was standing she smiled at him with an innocent type look upon her face, before walking forward into the water or what should have been into the water.
There Saige was walking out deeper into the lake all while staying upon its surface yet the water below her feet rippled at each step.
Saige turned around and faced Riordan from the center of the small lake and with a smile she put out a paw in a gesture to say, Come join me.

All the audio could do for a moment was watch in amazement as his companion literally walked on water. He'd never heard of anything like this before.
Slowly, carefully, he took a step into the water. It washed around his toes, lukewarm and generally perfect in temperature and clairity. Even the soil at it's edges didn't stir when he walked on it as to not to mar the ponds perfection.
One more step into the water left him a unsure of his ability to do the miraculous. Up around his ancles, the water was still quite lovely, but he was not on the very top, like Saige was.
"I...don't know if I can," he admitted. Quickly covering his insicurity, he mirrored the innocent expression on Saige's face and spoke again.
"But I'm sure it would be easy
if I had someone like you to teach me."

Saige just continued to smile at him with an innocent and sweet gesture. "Come now you can do it I promise you..." she said still smileing. If Rio however had been closer to her he would have seen that the innocent spark in her eyes had turned to a mischievous one and that she was indeed using her wings to hover above the water.

Riordan swallowed hard and tried to take another step out into the water, even trying to close his eyes that he might feel the magic of this place help him with this endevor.
He sank again. Now calf deep in the water, Riordan sighed heavily, before squaring his shoulders and trying once more.
Now he was knee deep. He looked up at Saige, who was still smiling just as sweetly, but there was something different about the way she was looking and he couldn't quite put a finger on what it was.
...Aha.
"Very clever," he muttered, when he finally thought he knew what was going on. She must be standing on something. So diving into the water, he came up just in front of her, checking it's depths for something to stand on.
Of course, there was nothing.
Shocked and taken aback, Riordan returned to the surface of the water, gasping for breath and sending Saige a confused look.
"You're standing on the water, without even a care
what in the world are you doing up there?"

Saige just grinned brightly at him, and with a giggle she stopped using her wings to make her fall into the water with a big splash. Surfacing in front of him she continued luaghing light heartedly.
Diving under the water she swam slightly away before shooting up through the surface and into the air above sumersaulting and playing through the air in flight on wings. Eyes twinkling with sheer joy.

Riordan couldn't help but laugh at Saige's antics. She was like an excited little bird, flying around.
"So that's what you're up to," he said with a grin. "The question is, what am I up to?" With those mystical words, he dove into the water, and although he didn't dissapear beneath it's surface, the water made it seem like he was just left of where he actually was.
Which was right underneath her.
With a great kick, he lunged out of the water and grabbed saige's ankle, pulling her down underneath it's sparkling, significantly less peaceful, surface.

Saige sumerged under the water kicked the water hard head bursting out of the surface gasping the air all while laughing merilly. Waiting for Rio to surface as well on to place her paws on top of his head and dunk him back under while still laughing and giggling playfully.
