What's an "Advanced Ninja Squadron":
Any squadron that's not the "normal" ninja squadrons that are in Naruto(Normal Ninja Squad = Team Kakashi, Team Gai, etc. Or any team that's made up of Genin/Chuunin with a Chuunin/Jounin Leader) are considered Advanced Squadrons.
This is consisting of, but not restricted too, Special Jounin Squads(Interrogation, Medical, etc), ANBU Squads, Hunter Nin, Missing Nin.

So what do we do?
That's a good question, as the name suggests this is where the "Advanced" Naruto roleplaying happens. As such, you have a normal ninja team, but you don't do the comical D - C-class missions that the Genin Squadrons do. You're a full fledged ninja squadron that is assigned the important missions by the Kage of your Country. While I encourage the Squad leaders in the Normal Squads to try and -not- kill their Genin that restriction does not apply here. As such, squadrons are also encouraged to do cross-Squadron missions, these can be cooperative missions or advisarial. If it's advisarial, as stated above, one or both teams could very well be wiped out.
Also the other Moderators can and will appear in your threads(they only need to clear it with me first) with NPC shinobi to challenge your Squadrons. Once again this may or may not be to the death, but I will make sure that the shinobi you are put against are on an equal level with your Squads(in order to prevent "cheap kills").

So are you encouraging us to kill each other off?
Nope. Not all Advanced teams are made with 100% combat in mind. Some can go with entire characters career without seeing any major action, but if there are teams that wish to put their characters to the test for bigger rewards then by all means, do so.

Rewards?
Yup, the higher the class of the mission that you and your Squadron take on the bigger the reward you can gain from it. It keeps the risk vs reward ratio balanced. The same principle applies to battles against another member, while the risk is great, the reward for doing so will be the highest.

So we should just raid other people's threads and do teh killings?
Wrong!
As I said above, it has to be agreed on by both Squadron leaders that you're going to do a mission together. Whether it's co-op or advisarial both Squadrons need to be apprised of the situation in advance.

Ok...So what about the BINGO Book?
If you're a Missing Nin, you are required to enter your character into the BINGO book. Any other shinobi may enter their information into it at their own leisure. However, if a non-Missing-nin starts to gain a reputation(survives a lot of high risk missions or defeats high threat shinobi) I will ask that they put their name in the BINGO book.
