In the spirit of renewel this thread is getting a new first poster.... which would be me. Anyhow this isn't anything to hard to understand about the purpose of this thread.... here is where you post an introduction about who you are. Could include interests, interesting facts, forums you frequent here on Gaia... you name it. And so I shall begin:
My Gaia name is Ayuta. I'm oftened refreed to as Ayu. I attend the Univeristy of Chicago and plan to major in law and political science. As you might have seen I look quite a bit like my avatar in real life "well the blue eyes and hair anyway... not so much the fashion >D." My spelling leaves alot to be desired but I still have a tendecy to pull out "big" words from time to time anyhow.
On Gaia I'm a heavy poster "over 100k posts" and if I'm bored enough to start lurking I'm usually offline. I almost soley frequent the Requests and Commissions and the auction subforum, where me and some of my mules "Mareko, Quoxxy, Geshbo, and Yute" do some heavy duty publicity work. I love the R/C for the pretty art and espically the genuinly good people which make up a large chunk of the forum. Very little conflict and strife : )
It's been almost a year since I first visited the R/C and have collected/bought over 100 pieces of art, all of it in my sig at some given point. My favorite artists ? So many.... but a short list would have to include Gorachii, Ippus, Nevahor, Natsube, Rabii, Prodigy Bombay, Haraiso/175R.... and many others. And of course Phillis, the brainchild and artist of this flobbergommer "textbox* posted here. Always very appreciative of the generousity and such of the R/C at large.
Not so impressed by some of the people of the forum. Namely in mind are the people who start posting heavily in an auction cause a freebie is given out on a certain page and total suck ups who worship the ground a particular artist walks on. Because we all know being good at art also makes you a great person rolleyes
Anyway I think I will end my post with the animated bump the R/C knows all to well XD And onwards we go ~

WELL HIYO. XD I categorized this stuff so if y'all just want to read parts of it... well... you can, and do so easily. Yey.
Gaia stuff:
I go by Thistle on Gaia... I started out as an AT'er back in '03... kind of came on and off again in '04... and at the beginning of '05 I had a splurge of free time and found myself on Gaia a /lot/, but I learned quickly that I preferred to spend time in guilds than in the forums... for numerous reasons. I enjoy community... and Gaia as a whole isn't much of a community anymore. I started the Honorary Avatar Talk Oldbies, and it's been the most successful AT elitist-type guild for over a year now.(hopefully because we try to help people not be mean about people who aren't in it and stuff... I like diplomacy... makes for happy times.) biggrin HATO's my claim to fame... but now people just remember me as an AT-er, so that's kinda cool. I'm a mod in the Texas guild too, whee.
IRL basics:
My name's Sharalyn and I'm 19 years old. I live in San Antonio, Texas. I'm a full time student, and will be for the next few years of my life at least, working towards a bachelor's in Communication.
Interests: I love pink. Lovelovelove. XD It makes me happy and I like to be happy. I'm artistic and love music and digital design... I collect My Little Ponies, both vintage and the newest generation (G1 & G3). I love kitties quite a bit, they melt my soul. I'm a liberal Christian. I love Geology. People are the most important things in my life apart from God. I'm a general optimist and I like anything that can be described as "cute." I've got a good degree of intelligence and I'm good at school... Some people think I'm funny but really I call it more "mild amusement." Oh wellz, I make myself smile, and if I make other people smile too that makes me happy. I'm really pretty simple, but kind of long-winded.

after glancing at the piccu I realized I'm more like biting her shoulder...
but I bite her tummy too because then... she just bites my hair in retaliation... and it doesn't hurt. It's still incredibly cute, though... and her tummy is soft! XD;;;
