If Siuan, and Moiraine had decided not to dedicate their lifes to helping Rand, do you think that they maybe would have chosen a different Ajah? And if so, which one?

No, they'd have still chosen the Blue.
If you remember, in NS they only found out about the DR a month or so before their test for the shawl, but Moiraine says "yet for the last year or more, those discussions (about which ajah to choose) had been merely to prove a choice already made" (NS, p.162)

I'm sure Moiraine would have been well suited to Green (Battle Ajah), and Siuan could be a Grey (she'll scare them into a political compromise) or a White (for her philosophy: I say frog. You jump. You no jump, you get bashed by Siuan's big, bad Power. Got it?)

I think they would have stayed the same though, I would have chosen Green. (Random Info)
They would have too if they had not chosen Blue.

with Moiraine's background in the game of houses i think that she would have still stayed blue but Siuan would have gone into a grey one
