OK, here's the thread for the first monthly IDCC contest. Winner gets a sealed.
The topic for this contest is to suggest the subforums for the guild. I'm thinking 6 or 7, tops, probably, and per Jiggy's idea, we want to name the subs as though they were rooms in the IDCC Headquarters.
Example: The Briefing Room ... might be announcements about important events
You get the idea. To win, you have to suggest an entire group of rooms, not just one. Post your ideas here ... think up your room names, and state what the purpose of the sub that bears each one will be.
You'll get points for creativity and humor, and obviously utility ... the rooms will have to have some kind of useful purpose.
By the 25th, please have your entries in. I'll either pick this month's winner or throw it open to a vote if I feel it's too close to call.
Have at it!

1. An exchange where you buy and sell among the guild(The IDCC Exchange) 2. A life event forum, where you tell and comment on recent life events( Lifetimes Room) 3. A charity where you read about other's quests and make efforts to help(Help Room) 4. An art/banner forum, like the minishops but only among the guild, you would make free art and give people art.(The Minishop) 5. A game forum, like RPG's and etc. I'm sure I would like that(The Game Room) 6. A poetry forum, write original poetry and get comments on it. (Expressions Room) 7. A contest sub-forum, why have one little thread with contest ideas when you can have pages of them? There could be avi contests, dice games, lotto's, giveaways, art contests, etc.(The Luck Room) Names are in the end parentheses at the end. Please consider this as it was hard to do with this crappy keyboard/compuer.

I will consider it, but you have to name the rooms appropriately, too. Go ahead and edit your post when you have a minute.

I have a couple ideas, I'll post after this weekend. For now, I'll get back to those papers I'm supposed to be working on.

Interesting entry! Thanks ... and remember we have about 10 more days before voting. The items in this month's sealed are probably going to be valuable, judging from their prices in the marketplace right now. So if you want to enter, get busy!

No, I'll give the current month's letter, even if we know what's in it.

1 and 1 ...
1!

Why are you generating the random number 1, when if all you can get is 1, is not random at all? eek
