Ares yawned headed down the hall. His hands were clasped behind his back, his usual way of walking, and his gaze was on the ground before him. Though his eyes were a bit glazed over, as if he'd zoned out quite some time ago while walking. He was bored, and he wanted something to do. The probably with that though, was he needed other people to actually do anything woth while.

So where the hell were the other people at? He turned a corner, scrunching his nose and coming out of his little daze as sun seemed to brighten whatever hall he'd turned in. His eyes flicked around and he grunted, pausing where he was to look over the hall. Full of windows, at least on the left side of the hall. It was still morning, it seemed. "Ugh, who wants such a bright hallway?" He muttered, then smirked. What was the use for such a bright, sunshine-lit hall? He didn't know what it could be used for. If you asked him, it was too bright and only caused headaches!

Kyrianna
Jared...Was currently dancing (Badly) to non-existant music (Well, it existed, but only in the deepest extent of the man's mind.) in the main lounge area. His cowboy hat was lopsided, half hanging onto his head by his right ear, and there seemed to be a fog hanging around his feet.

Oh yes, Jared was definitely one for special effects, even if they were for himself.

If anyone could guess he was trying to emulate the moves from "Thriller", they'd get a non-existant and very burnt cookie from the man.

Maybe the fog would give it away.

Needless to say, he didn't notice anything coming or going when he was so wrapped up in his dance moves.

Lethrossen
He sighed and with a shrug he headed down the hall, beginning to whistle a little. It was not any particular tune, though Ares had heard it somewhere and it'd been stuck in his mind for a while. After he went down the hall he found himself turning into the lounge.

Stopping dead where he was both of his brows raised at the dancing boy. He leaned against the frame, arms folding in front of him. He didn't look too impressed, but after a moment he did look amused. Maybe this kid was as bad a gambler as he was a dancer? Now that was a thought.

"Having fun?" He asked slowly, his voice not hiding the amusement he felt at all.

Kyrianna
At the voice, actually registering in the man's head, he promptly tripped over his own feet, rolled a few times on the ground in the most ungraceful summursaults EVER, and landed on his a**.

"WHA?!" he winced, rubbing at his tailbone, "Gah, sneak up on a guy like that! You should be ashamed of yourself!" he grinned sheepishly, dragged himself up, and straightened out his cowboy hat.

"But yes, I was." he snapped his fingers and the fog started to drift away. The man in the pink fish net shirt (with two very shiny n****e rings!) tilted his head, "There a reason you were so quiet, bud? You're not, like, an assassin sent to off me by heart failure, are you? Because people've tried but failed." a sage nod.

Lethrossen
Both of his brows raised at this and he stepped back a little as his summersaults came to a halt. His ears twitched at the loud voice, and he quietly thought that the only thing anyone should be ashamed of was this one's dancing. His lips twitched at the thought. "An assassin? No, just a gambler looking for some fun." He murmered, giving the other a cheeky grin. "You know where I can find some?" One brow quirked at this, in a questioning manner.

This one was quite a character, he could already tell. He slipped into the room, around the other and heading for one of the elegant couches. He sat down, leaning back and letting his arms rest in his lap. "I wasn't all that quiet, you just weren't listening for me. Apparently you were listening to music of some sort." He grinned a little.

Kyrianna
"Hell Yeah! Thriller is awesome! You couldn't hear it? I swear it was freakin' loud!" he blinked and flounced (Yes, FLOUNCED) over the one of the couches where he promptly, and unceremoniously, flopped onto the cushions and stuck his feet up on the coffee table.

Then he paused. Had the other said gambling? Jared usually had insane luck, but that probably came because the gods were just too amused by him not to give it to him, "Gambling? Sure, I got nothin' else to blow my money on. What's your game? Dice? Poker? Russian Roulette? I got a pistol somewhere..."

Lethrossen
A little too hyper, if you asked him though. Good thing no body could. "Thriller, eh?" He snorted a little and sat up, cracking his knucles. "Not my cup of tea, actually."

Though he was quite amused the other would gamble with him, he enjoyed dice games very much. "Dice, actually. A set of 6 dice. You roll all ones, you roll all sixes you win. Other than that, person with the even total wins. Odd loses, and if we both get evens it's obviously a draw." His hand slipped into one of his hidden pockets, after a moment he came out with his fist clenched. He heled it over the table, letting the six dice drop. They clattered a moment before rolling to a stop. "Easy, right?"

"Oh and.. will we be playing for money?" He grinned slightly, he didn't mind playing for other things.

Kyrianna
"You're insane if you don't like Thriller," Jared said, violet eyes wide. Hello, kettle? It's pot. Right. Giving a shrug of his shoulders he looked at the dice. The game sounded simple enough, and he had money to blow.

Plus, his dancing had been interrupted and he would NEVER get back to that particular spot. Picking up the dice, he rolled.

"Money. I don't wager sex. Peanuts, yes. p***s, no."

Lethrossen
Both a total of twenty one, interesting. He coughed a little at the forward response. "Sex, certainly not. I ment more along the lines of.. personal items." He said, shaking his head softly. He scooped up the dice, shaking and letting them roll.

"And I don't think I'm the insane one." He murmered and snorted. After a moment he began to dig around in his pocket for some money.

Kyrianna
"I HEARD that. I'm not insane.." Jared stopped and stared at him, "Really, I just enjoy life." he shook his head, "I'll be more serious if you want."

And he would be, as well. He reached up, took off his hat, and set it down on the couch. Then, he removed his feet from the table, sat up straight, nabbed the dice and rolled them again, "Money's the only personal item I'd wager."

He looked at his dice and smiled, "I win!"

Lethrossen
Ares winced slightly. "I don't want you to be anything, be as you wish." He said slowly. He certainly enjoyed gambling with the quiet little cat much better, though.

He frowned lightly, eyes flicking over the dice. Damn, when was this losing streak going to end? "Well." He shrugged lightly. Some times personal items were much more fun to wager. He moved the bills he'd laid down as bet over to the other, before placing another bet. "Indeed you do."

Hmph, maybe gambling had been a bad idea.

(XD. mr. soreloserface. -flicks Ares in the side of the head-)

Kyrianna
Jared simply shrugged his shoulders, "Half the time I have no clue who I am, so it really doesn't matter anyway. That's what I specialize in," he smiled then, "I can be anyone someone wants me to be."

He pocketed half the money and left the other as a bet before rolling the dice.

"My name's Jared, by the way."

Wasn't he a lot more tolerable when he wasn't ADDing everywhere?

Lethrossen
Ares grunted slightly, scooping and rolling the dice again. "Doesn't that ever get tiring?" He said, skeptical of the idea. Who would want to be some one just to please another? "You should have a sense of self." He muttered, frowning slightly.

"Anyways, I'm Ares." He said, eyes flicking over to the other. Tolerable yes.. boring? Certainly. Especially since Ares found out this kid played head games, having no one set personality. Though he guessed he was just as boring. "How much did it hurt when you got those pierced?" He asked, half curious and half letting the conversation continue on.

(Why did i get the gambler? xd -has worst luck with dice-)

Kyrianna
"It felt like a needle was going through a very sensitive area," he grinned, "So pretty badly." he rerolled the dice, hoping that he'd win again. He liked to win.

"Yeah, I guess it does. Though the way I act most of the time tends to put people off. I mean, I sell shoes. Or..I used to sell shoes. I didn't sell many shoes being goofy."

In fact, people tended to RUN from him.

((I tend to be lucky XD))

Lethrossen
Ares chuckled slightly. "You sold shoes?" He quirked a brow. "Im sure you could have found a much more suitable job." He murmered, eyes trailing over the dice before he took his winnings and left half the money on for his next bet.

"Though a job is better than no job." He knew that one quite well. Ares would never get his nipples pierced, well probably never, but he loved seeing people with piercings. He probably should get a few more, to be honest. He wondered if anyone else around here had any interesting piercings?

Kyrianna
"Yeah, I sold shoes. And I'm sure I could have, if I hadn't dropped out of school," he winked and grumbled, rolling the dice. He didn't like losing, but hey, that was part of the game.

Besides, now they were even, weren't they? Eagerly he peered at his dice.

"You like piercings?" he murmured.

Lethrossen
He rubbed his chin slightly. "Well why did you drop out?" He passed over the winnings and got out more money to bet. At least he hadn't gone such a long time losing, this time. "And yes, I enjoy piercings." He muttered, glancing over to see what the other thought of that.

He shifted a little and rolled the dice.
