I'm sure some people here listen to them. Jon Schaffer from Iced Earth and Hansi Kursch of Blind Guardian are both in the band of course. I love Demons & Wizards. Their self titled album, and Touched By The Crimson King were both great.
What's your favorite song by them? I like Heaven Denies, Crimson King, and Fiddler On The Green myself.

Fiddler on the Green. My ex made me listen to it, and I thought it was good. Still, I like Earth and Guardian seperate.

Their debut was far superior to Touched by the Crimson King as far as I'm concerned.
My favourite songs are practically anything from Demons and Wizards. I ******** love it heart

They're pretty good. They're no Blind Guardian or Iced Earth though.

I love Demons & Wizards. Top notch stuff for sure. I do prefer Iced Earth and Blind Guardian above D&W, howver..
Their covers of White Room and Immigrant Song are excellent.

I love Demons and Wizards. My fave songs are Poor Man's Crusade, Love's Tragedy Asunder, Path of Glory, and Fiddler on the Green. Although, being a Led Zep fan as well, I thoroughly enjoyed their cover of Immigrant Song.

Sadly, I haven't listened to any D&W crying . I plan on getting TBTCK first, then their debut album, because if I like their most recent release, I'll without a doubt like their first one.

Sir_Areus I got touched by th crimson king and rocked out to it for a week!!! Yeah I find their first album a lot like most Blind Guardian in the sense that you can listen to it loads and not really get bored smile

I should really go out and find their s/t and see if it lives up to the hype because I didn't think a whole lot of "Touched by the Crimson King". It's ok while you're listening to it but none of the songs stay with me, therefore i'm not drawn back to listen to it all that often.

I listened to both albums intently today. Aye, the self-title is by far their better work. Especially "Path To Glory."
