1. What was the first concert you attended?
Susan Aglukark at the old OSCVI Auditorium in Owen Sound, Ont.
2. What was the last concert you attended?
Aaron Lines, Jeffrey Steele and Mikelle at Casino Rama in Rama, Ont.
3. Who has been the best band/artist to see live?
Aaron Lines. I will never tire of seeing him perform.
4. Have you attended a life-changing concert?
To call it "life changing" may be stretching it a bit far, but Canada Day Jam 2004 (at Sunnyside Beach Park in Toronto, Ont.) introduced me to many of my favourite artists of today.
5. Have you ever received something from a band/artist?
Hmmm, received? Well, Aaron Lines has called me two years in a row at Christmas, as arranged by my parents and his fanclub through bidding on his website (proceeds to charity). Does this count? I also have a pair of his socks (also through the website) and one of his shirts (bid on at the fan club party). Tommy Gilham gave me one of his CDs and his guitar pick when I went to see him on my 19th birthday.
6. What genre do you think is best to see live?
Country... by far.
7. Have you met any bands, artists or band members at any concerts?
Oh yeah!
8. How long was the last concert you attended?
It was about three-and-a-half hours long. The night before had been four hours.
9. How short was the shortest concert you attended?
Probably around two hours in length.
10. What is the worst thing to purchase at a concert?
Food. It's extremely overpriced and just gets in the way.
11. What is the best thing to purchase at a concert?
T-shirts and photos.
12. Have you ever worn a band's/artist's shirt when you are seeing the band/artist live?
I have, but I don't usually. There's something about wearing someone's name and/or face on me when I'm going to be seeing them that really weirds me out.
13. What is the best venue you have been to?
I don't think I can narrow it down to just one... there are a couple that I've really enjoyed: new OSCVI Auditorium in Owen Sound, Centrepointe Theatre in Ottawa, The Old Roxy in Mount Forest, Casino Rama in Rama...
14. What is the worst venue you have been to?
The SkyDome in Toronto... it's just too big for me.
15. How long was the longest you have driven to attend a concert?
About twelve hours to Verona, NY. I saw Billy Ray Cyrus there a few years ago, and Aaron Lines and Phil Vassar there last year.
16. Do you like seats or the pitt better?
I like to sit, but I'll take whatever's closest to the stage.
17. Do you like to be in the front close to the band, in the pitt, or moshing in the middle?
In the front. I like to be as close to the front as I possibly can.
18. Do you go "crazy" at concerts?
No. I'm a very calm person. I enjoy sitting and listening to the music.
19. What's the most annoying thing that can happen during a concert?
People screaming all the way through concerts really annoys me; scream after a song, if you want to scream at all. People leaving in the middle of a concert is a close second.
20. Do you perfer indoor or outdoor concerts?
I think both are nice. Outdoor is wonderful if it's warm and not raining. Inside's great for the colder months.
21. Do you perfer concerts during the day or at night?
I don't really have a preference. As long as I'm at a concert, I'm happy.
22. Do you perfer small shows or big shows?
Small shows. Small and intimate. That's how I like 'em.
23. What is the best season for a concert?
All seasons! Summer's easiest for travel, but I'll always take a concert.
24. Where do you purchase your concert tickets?
From Ticketmaster or the venue the concert is at.
25. How many concerts have you been to?
I lost count a long time ago!
26. How old were you when you attended your first concert?
I was nine.
27. How old were you at the last concert you attended?
I was just a few days from turning 20.
28. If you have met a band, artist or band member, who was it?
We'd be here all day if I were to name them all. I've been very lucky.

I have not.

Set lists, but do those really count?
31. Whose concert do you really want to attend?
There are a lot of artists that I would love to see or see again. I guess Aaron Lines is at the top of my list, though. Surprise, right?

Aaron Lines on May 25 and 27, and June 24. Aaron Pritchett I forget when.

Only one most people would know, Deana Carter in October at the fair last year.

Pam Tillis, my favorite. 3 times

Not exactly. They are all pretty memorable events to me.

Country, but it's my thing.

2. What was the last concert you attended? The Monkees...yes it was a different concert and yes, I have seen other artists. biggrin

5. Have you ever received something from a band/artist? I got Davy Jones' autograph on a shirt after I saw him in concert
6. What genre do you think is best to see live? COUNTRY! The only concert I saw was Tim McGraw w/ Black Hawk and Little Texas. It was awesome! There's just a different atmosphere at a country concert.

1. What was the first concert you attended? I think Michael W. Smith way back in the sixth grade.
2. What was the last concert you attended? Dashboard Confessional at Summerfest.
3. Who has been the best band/artist to see live? Dir en grey, for those of you who don't know them, they are a Japanese rock band, go ahead and google them, I dare you.
4. Have you attended a life-changing concert? Yes, go to a Dir en grey live and stand in the pitt. You'll see what I mean. Actually any of their shows. Just a wave of emotion washes over you.
5. Have you ever received something from a band/artist? Only the love in my heart. But no water bottles or anything. I did get an autograph from MWS and from Catchpenny, little Chicago based band.
6. What genre do you think is best to see live? Rock, no question, though country fans are pretty cool too.
7. Have you met any bands, artists or band members at any concerts? Yes, I met the lead singer of Dir en grey, Kyo, the first time I saw them live and he did that cool hand over hand shake. No autograph though.
8. How long was the last concert you attended? 1 1/2 hrs, but it was at a music festival thing

10. What is the worst thing to purchase at a concert? The CD that the band/artist just put out, unless it is like a limited edition one or something. Or a picture to have them sign.
11. What is the best thing to purchase at a concert? A tour shirt with dates on the back.
12. Have you ever worn a band's/artist's shirt when you are seeing the band/artist live? Yes, you have to let people know who you like.
13. What is the best venue you have been to? Probably the Rave/Eagle's ballroom.
14. What is the worst venue you have been to? US Cellular stage at Summerfest, saw All American Rejects there last year and couldn't see a thing.
15. How long was the longest you have driven to attend a concert? hour, hour and a half.
16. Do you like seats or the pitt better? Pitt, experience is better.
17. Do you like to be in the front close to the band, in the pitt, or moshing in the middle? in the front, so the artist sees you and you have a better chance of getting their attention and getting them to throw you something.
18. Do you go "crazy" at concerts? It depends, if the atmosphere is right I do.
19. What's the most annoying thing that can happen during a concert? Being behind a bunch of thrashing people who could care less if they crush you.

22. Do you perfer small shows or big shows? small shows, you feel more connected to the band/artist.
23. What is the best season for a concert? Summer or spring, I usually have to wait outside the venue to secure my spot.

31. Whose concert do you really want to attend? Dir en grey in Japan, but stateside, 30 Seconds to Mars, or Taylor Swift or Kenny Chesney
32. What concerts are you planning to go to? I hope more Dir en grey concerts, but I have none planned at the moment.
