Yeah, I've been thinking recently about publishing some of my poems in some sort of literary digest as a way to get recognition as a new generation Robert Frost.
Are there any magazines that accept amateur works?

Cricket is a good kids one, and I know there are older and younger versions, like Ladybug.. And I think the other one is Cicada.. I dunno, apparently they have a bug fetish.
I'd suggest publishing them on Poetry.com, I submitted a poem there and they're publishing it in this anthology cause they thought it was good. o-o;

Beats me. The book hasn't even come out yet. o_O; Magazines are good, just send them in to publishers. A lot of them :3

Hey well done, i wish i was at the stage where i could think about publishing. I write music not peotry but you catch my drift yeah? Im really bad at being satisfied with my own work so yeah, congratulations on getting your stuff this far! ninja

~* Servatis a periculum *~Rufu's got the right idea there... the best way to get published in any form, is to just get your stuff out there for anyone and everyone to see. That's originally why I started PDP, just a place to put my work up, and to chat with all o' y'all. Anyone was able to visit and to see not only my stuff, but Scarlet's and Rufu's, Ankou... whoever decided to put it up there. I was hoping to get a bit of recognition not only for myself but for everyone who contributed. Oh well, easy come easy go. I'll get that back up online sometime before I die hopefully, and we might get somewhere with it. I'm just way to busy atm to think about it.
But anywho... back on topic... *whaps self*... just post it where ever you can, when ever you can... no matter how bad you might think it is, there's always someone out there willing to offer you constructive critism and advice, if you can over look the n00bs that rant and flame because they're... well... n00bs.~* Servatis a maleficum *~
