At the moment:
In Flames
Children of Bodom
Old Man's Child
All-time favorite includes In Flames and SOAD (but I bet you everyone would kick me for mentioning SOAD). But yeah, the top three are what I listen to a lot. I'm in a darker mood, which means Old Man's Child is favored at the moment...especially their song "My Demonic Figures" because it has a really sick guitar line.

If it's talking in general, my favorites are Iron Maiden, Bon Jovi, Dragonforce. If we are counting only power metal, it would have to be Dragonforce, Stratovarius and Mago de Oz.
