IntroductionQuote: Hidden in the forest there is a secret village. In this village is taught the art of the ninja. However fighting is not the only skill held in high regard here. Most important is the fine arts. Every child in the village is tought from a young age the singing, danceing, caligraphy, paining and of course Ninjutsu. This quite group of artists mostly stick to themselves often devoteing their entire lives to their work.

Historical BackgroundIntroduction I chose a likely time period in Japan history for our Roleplay to be taking place in. Below is a breif synopisis of this period. Click here for a basic timeline for Japan Eras. Click here for Feudal Japan specific timeline. Role Play Time Period Kamakura Bakufu 1185-1333- Yoritomo moved the capital to Kamakura. The new style of the military government was called a bakufu (shogunate) Information About Feudal Japan Here are a few good resources to check out to understand this period in history. Feudal Japan - Very short and basic synopsis Social Structure - A simple breakdown of the Social Structure in this era.
