All right, I don't know why I chose that title but I did, so yay? Well, here's my little jig. So, I really like this guy who comes to my art class. And when I say like him, I mean I haven't liked someone this much in a loonngg long time. So, recently he's been sitting next to me and looking over from time to time while I work. He's probably looking at my work, and not me, but yes. And from time to time, he talks to me, it's a bit rare though, and when he says something like the second clarinets sounded wrong, and I tell him I was one of them, he appologizes a lot. I don't know, is it just me making something out of nothing again, or could he possible like me? Now you answer with your own little jigs!

Yeah, no more. XP

Hmmm, sounds like he might be one of the shyer guys or he doesn't like you.

Basically, only way to tell is if you get him or a friend to talk.

It's apparent that he has something for you, but is extremely shy. It looks like he internalizes his feelings, and tries to talk to you, but gets too nervous. I used to be the same way and got jelly legs around the girls I liked. lol

You should just approach him and talk to him about things. Maybe even flirt with him a little bit. Just start to ease him into a potential relationship with you and you'll probably be able to ask him out safely at that point. The key is, though, you can't be too shy either. Most people (men and women both) think too hard on the subject and waste their time on if's and but's. Do what Nike says: "Just Do It." I know I'm guilty of this, too, but I'm painfully shy offline to a very huge fault. I can't really take my own advice. lol

Hope things work out for ya, hun.

I wouldn't say it means anything. He sounds like any ordinary guy/friend to me. And if you're 16, I'd say it's pretty obvious that you haven't felt that way for anyone in a looong time. Heck, you barely know what that means. (I'm not saying I do either, I'm not that much older, just to make things clear). Of course, it is possible that he likes you, and you're young. Flirt with him goddamit! If you like him, try to show him that. If he dosen't like you, you'll get over it in less than a week anyway.

Hmm... that post sounds kinda mean, and for that I'm sorry. Still, that is my opinion, and even if it's a bit harsh, it's 100 % uncensored truth, without anything hidden out of niceness.

It's only 100% truth if it didn't mean anything. razz It's obvious that it means something, even if it's not what she thinks, because the points that have been made have pointed to some signs that he may have something for her. I've seen things like that mean things enough to know that there is quite a chance. lol

However, most of the rest of what you said was true, so I'd put it at about 95% truth, 5% opinion. smile

Thank you so much for all of your advice. ^_^ I'll try, but talking to people who I like, and to people who I'm not comfortable with, is hard, so I tend to cut things short, and straight to the point, making me sound mean. I'm good with relationships, as long as they're not my own, so I'm not sure how this will pan out. ^_^" But thank you all again, I'll try and take your advice!

Sidenote- I'm 15, not 16. ^_^"

My apoligies for mistaking your age. But you're turning 16 this year, right? Then I might as well say that you are 16.

It's all right. I'm turning in October.

i agree with the flirting thing, but nothing overly obvious. like try bumping into him "accedentaly" when you go to get out of your seat. also try loooking him in the eyes if he turns away and smiles you prolly have a shot. if you think he has feelings for you, then be a little more obvious with the flirting (like if hi hand is on the desk, touch it when you talk to him. the worst he can do is pull it away) if he makes fun of you, but not hurtfully, he may like you, cause it is true that most of us guys actually pick on girls we like, whether we realize it or not.

Just wondering- what do you think would happen if I just told him that I like him?

Well, the most likely options are:

A) Hell date you. That is even assuming he didn't like you before you told him this.

B) He won't date you, however you will still remain fiends.

Option C), that he'll do his best to crush your spirit with all he's got, is extremely unlikely. If he however does, well, don't feel to bad about it - he's an a** in that case.

And I agree with Rigas. Well, pick on isn't really the right word. Tease is more like it in most cases.

xD Thanks. Options make life easier for me. ^_^ Now away to the math equations! *swoosh*
