I've never had duck... as far as my favorite aesthetically, I'm partial to Male Wood Ducks. They have nice patterns.
A few comments, don't worry about offending others with you comment on what you like to eat. If they are that easily offended, then it's time for them to grow up and face reality.
Also, please refrain from bumping. It's not necessary in guilds.
