He was my favorite character and i was crushed when he died. It took me a minute to realize it too. I didnt quite grasp that he was dead. When i did the waterworks started. I just hate that his death was so i dont know how to put it. I want to see his body before i believe it. Anyone else feel the same?

Definately. I was awfully upset when I realized he was "gone for good".
It took me a while to realize it also, I was like.. "What the heck mate!? No way did I just read that!" Then yes, the water works started. xd

Yeah at first I was disappointed when he died. I don't think that Sirius will come back but I think that we will find out a lot more of him in the last book, assuming if RAB is indeed Sirius's brother, Regulus. Maybe it will be like a final tribute for Sirius.

aye, i hope so. I just wish they had a body to bury. So everyone will have some closer, and stop making damn threads that say sirius lives. I dont know if even a body would help though since alot of people still think dumpledore lives even though they buried his body!

Amlex Yeah at first I was disappointed when he died. Maybe it will be like a final tribute for Sirius. It deffinately is his brother. JK Rowling said that there arn't that many surprises between books 6 and 7, and pretty much no new characters. and there are no other characters with those initials.

He's not dead! He's just resting! I still swear that there was a portkey the size of a dust speck that took him away to the Mall of America. That's why he hasn't come back yet. He's having too much fun on the roller coaster. (A big hug to anyone who reconizes where I got this from)
I would love to see Sirius come back but I don't think that J.K. will let him. She has stated over and over again, that this is war. People are going to die in the series. No matter how much we hate it, they will die.

she kills someone in each book
but i liked Siri-chan...
he was only in 1 movie, and his head in GOF. me and my friend started a Gray Oldman club for him too...

SparklingBumper i bet he's not dead, he just got lost in another dimension. i agree with her that was my first theory and dumbles is not truely gone there are the pictures you know!

I hope he comes back. I was reading this one fanfiction saying that he comes back in his dog form as Harry Potter's "Guardian Angel." I think that would be a great idea if J.K. Rowling did something like that.

I heard what sounded like a great thoery on the net before that dementors are created from the bodies of people who went through the arch. But that sort of went out the window when in book 6, someone said that "the dementors are breeding" (uuuugh...)
That would have been scary though, if sirius became a dementor. I'm really glad that it now seems unlikely.
