Yes!! There is such a thing!!!

English version of Ocarina of Time by Viz Media^^ (BUY IT!)
For those of you who don't know, manga is the Japanese equivalent of comics. You read them from right to left, starting in the topright panel and reading down to the bottom left panel. The mangaka duo Akira Himekawa has done several manga versions of many Legend of Zelda games! You can now find English copies in most major bookstores, and if you live in a country where English is not the primary language, check your local manga/comic book outlets to see if any of the Zelda titles have been released in your language.
It's fun to be able to experience a piece of Zelda media in which LINK HAS DIALOGUE. what a concept!! xD
EDIT: Unfortunately the link I had to Glitter Berri's preview translations of the Skyward Sword manga no longer has the pages hosted on the website, as Shogakakun requested they take it down. We'll just have to bide our time and hope that an English translation is released when the manga is finished!
If you can buy physical copies of the manga, please do so! By purchasing them you are supporting the original artists and helping to ensure that they can keep drawing more Legend of Zelda-based series in the future! The reason Himekawa-sensei never released a Twilight Princess manga is because the company's comic sales weren't doing well and that project was cut. So BUY THE MANGA! Every little bit helps and could be the reason we do or don't get Skyward Sword manga officially released outside of Japan!
PLEASE do not post links to unofficial online scan(lation)s here. We know they're out there (and most of us read them) but we want to support the creators and make sure that they can continue drawing Zelda series for a long time! Links to scanned PREVIEWS are generally okay to post, and you can share any single images as needed for discussion. Thanks!
