This is, if not their actual home, then the 'spiritual' home of every android. This is where androids go to get fixed up, and to experiment with improving their capabilities. Every one of them is welcome here without exception, and other races may feel extremely out-of-place. Most androids were also built here by others; their technology has advanced to the point where they need no interference from anyone else when building each other.
