Is PSO still up and running??

I have everything setup, yet I am unable to enter the servers..

Is PSO doing maintenence??

Anyway it is agrevating...

I use a broadband apapter through a router, and anyway im pissed that it isnt working..

We have set EVERYTHING possible up manually, and we ARE able to see the website when we check it, but yet, PSO still wont let us online...

I hope some of you can help me..
