Uchiha

Sharingan-The Sharingan (写輪眼, literally "Copy Wheel Eye", English anime dub "Mirror Wheel Eye") is a special type of pupil that naturally occurs in all members of the Uchiha clan, though not all of them ever discover it. The Sharingan allegedly evolved from the Byakugan (See above) and grants the user a number of abilities. It is a dōjutsu (pupil technique).
The Sharingan's first and most well known ability is to memorize any technique that it is a witness to. It can memorize taijutsu (hand-to-hand techniques). , genjutsu (illusionary techniques), ninjutsu (ninja techniques) with perfect accuracy and allow the user to use the techniques, as long as they have the necessary resources to do so.

the second pupil: (copy sharingan): 450 sp (only copies for that one battle)

3rd (magen): 1600sp + killing best friend

Second, it is capable of a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent.

Third, it can see through genjutsu, the level of which is possibly dependent on the user's skill.

Fourth, it has the ability to predict (and copy) an opponent's movement as well as allowing sight of fast moving objects with great clarity. ((only for that one battle))

Mangekyō Sharingan
The Mangekyō Sharingan (万華鏡写輪眼, literally Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan which was once thought have been attainable only by members of the Uchiha clan, and even those who have the potential to obtain it must make a great sacrifice in order to obtain it -- according to Itachi, they must kill their best friend. In the long history of the Uchiha clan, only a few have been able to obtain this legendary dōjutsu (瞳術, "pupil technique"). You must kill your best frind in order to attain this^.^

Hyuuga:

Byakugan ("White Eye")
The Byakugan (白眼, literally "White Eye", Viz "Evil Eye") is a special pupil condition (Dōjutsu 瞳術, "eye technique") that naturally occurs in members of the Hyūga clan

A person with the Byakugan can have a nearly 360 degree field of vision, save for a small blind spot behind the first thoracic vertebra (near the back of the neck), which is its only known weakness. Byakugan users can detect anything around them within a 50-meter radius (although later in the manga Hyūga Neji manages to increase the radius to 800 meters), making them close-range combat experts.

Juken (Gentle Fist)
Name: Jūken, 柔拳, literally "Gentle Fist"
Type: Kekkei genkai Short range (0-5m)
The inner coil system that transfers chakra around the body is very close and is essentially a part of all of the human body, including crucial organs. Members of the Hyūga clan train in a special fighting style that requires the Byakugan and excellent chakra control; through the Byakugan they are able to see the opponent's inner coil system which they forcefully channel their own chakra into, causing severe damage to organs nearby. The technique earned its name because even a seemingly gentle, unimpressive hit can prove lethal. Jūken bears a strong resemblance, at least in principle, to the Chinese martial art of Baguazhang (八卦掌, "eight trigram palm").

Hakkesho Kaiten (Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin)
Name: Hakkeshō Kaiten, 八卦掌回天, literally "Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin" (a.k.a. "Divine Whirl" or "Divine Spin")
Type: Offensive, Defensive, Short range (0-5m)
A very advanced Taijutsu passed down in the Hyūga main house, it uses a solid amount of chakra expelled from the whole body - as opposed to imprecise bursts from only specific parts of the body, which is the most even your typical Jōnin can manage - to stop any attack in its tracks, then push it back with equal force, making it a very efficient defense and also making it possible to use it as an offense
Sp: 250sp

Hakke Kusho (Eight Trigrams Empty Palm)
Name: Hakke Kūshō, 八卦空掌, literally "Eight Trigrams Empty Palm"
Type: Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m)
A palm thrust, capable of being done while out of arms' reach, that pushes away the victim violently with chakra. This is apparently used in a similar style as Hakkeshō Kaiten.
Sp: 250sp

Hakke Rokujuyon Sho (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms)
Name: Hakke Rokujūyon Shō, 八卦六十四掌, literally "Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms" (a.k.a. "Divination Field: or Divine Sixty-Four Strikes" and "64 Hands of Hakke")
Type: Offensive, Short range (0-5)
A very advanced Gentle Fist Style technique, the user must be able to see the Chakra holes (tenketsu, 点穴, "pressure points")) of the opponent and execute it with incredible dexterity and precision in order for it to be effective. In a series of two heavy strikes, followed by two more, followed by four, followed by eight, followed by sixteen, followed by a dazzling thirty-two consecutive pinpoint-precision strikes, this jutsu closes 64 of the 361 tenketsu of the opponent completely. The last of the sixty-four strikes appears to be a blow with the full, open hand, rather than the fingertips of the index and middle fingers. The end result is a victim with disrupted chakra flow, making it very problematic to stay standing up and impossible to execute jutsu, unless an alternate chakra source is available, which is exceedingly rare and has only been demonstrated thus far in people containing a Bijū (Tail Beast).
Sp: 350sp

Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho (Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms)
Name: Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō, 八卦百二十八掌, Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms (a.k.a. "Divination Field: or Divine One Hundred-Twenty Eight Strikes")
Type: Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō is an advancement of the Hakke Rokujūyon Shō (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms). Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō is first used by Hyūga Neji to protect himself from the Amagumo (Rain of Spiders) released from Kidōmaru's Spider Summoning. Presumably, this technique would strike each of the special 64 Tenketsu (chakra holes) twice when directed at a single, humanoid opponent, an even more devastating blow than the Sixty-Four Palms. The attacks in this technique are clearly executed at a much higher speed than the Sixty-Four Palms, making it even more dangerous. Upon witnessing this technique, Kidōmaru notes the risk of getting hit by the technique and says to himself, "If I take a direct hit from that [the One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms], I'm finished."
Sp: 390sp

Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujuisshiki (Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style)
Name: Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujūisshiki, 八卦三百六十一式, literally "Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Palms" (a.k.a. "Divination Field: or Divine Three-Hundred Sixty-One Strikes" and "361 Hands of Hakke")
Type: Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
The Hyūga clans most powerful jutsu making it forbidden for normal Hyūga clan members to be taught, this technique would strike each of the special 361 Tenketsu (chakra holes) directed at a single, humanoid opponent, instantly killing the opponent with the final blow. To perform this attack, the user has to concentrate all of their chakra into the two palms of their hands to make sure every strike hits every Tenketsu precisely, thus immobilizing the opponent with every hit. The attacks in this technique are executed with speed that could match the Initial Lotus's.
