That is crazy. I always wanted to see this show. I like the fake fansubbing he does too. "Change... GIANT ROBOT?!" that opening cracked me up big time.

And strangely, this would have been a relatively entertaining show, if it wasn't Spider Man (that and I'm not big on Giant Robots that seemed tacked on. If it's one of their weapons, fine, but have an explaination)

It seems to me Marveller has some sort of point to the story.
I love how the mecha beats monsters. It just throws its sword at them.

Hm... Marvel has the TOEI Spider-Man in their official website.
(It's under the Video section.)

It's nice that Marvel translated the show and streaming them online... but personally, I am hoping for Marvel to release them on DVDs so I can buy it.
