If you didn't know, this guild is an art/roleplay/minishop guild. The festival may be ending, however that does not mean your shop has to!
Before the festival began, a few members had set up some shops, so I have no problem at all if you request your shop to be permanent, or close your elemental booth to set up a permanent stall.
However there are two requirements I ask of thee before you start. Please stay active, & reply here if you are interested, going to or have set up a permanent residence, because I wish to make a shop directory sometime in the near future.

Mine can be closed after the festival, but I'd like a permanent shop in the future. ^^
