Okay, thought it would be cool for us to post our favorite patterns. (And a pic if you have one) I'm currently making a scarf (yes in summer) out a yarn i've never used before. Patons:Allure, sky blue. It's that fuzzy soft stuff that is totally sinthetic. But it's cool.
I'd have to say that my favorite pattern is actually a striped afgan that varies in three panels with two seperate colors. The pattern is orginally crochet but i switch it to knit cause like knitting better. It's really actually kinda cool.

I've wanted to try felting, is it hard? I have a basic concept of how it works. Is there any good wool that you would recommend?

I was thinking of making my bro a cross-stitch of some of the characters from a webcomic he likes. The characters are all pixellated anyway (because they're based on a game from the old Nintendo games), so I think it'd lend well to cross-stitching's blocky structure xd

Phew, haven't been here in a while. Wow, i really like the idea of the nintendo cross stitch. I have seen some KH2 sora (yes i know that's playstation but what ever) and those were pretty cool. I've been wanting to take on cross stitch but alas! I do not have the time. crying Oh well, i'll have some time free up soon...maybe i should try it then.
