I know of the Mangekyu, but Kakashi can't get them! Or so I thought. I've heard some people say that Kakashi achived the Mange Sharingan, but how? I need the chapter in which He gets the Mange Sharingan, so my mind can be at rest.

Okay, first off, it's spelt Mangekyou, but whatever. At any rate, they called it the Mangekyou Sharingan, but it was a lot different from Itachi's, so may not have actually been Mangekyou. Or, everyone who gets Mangekyou could just get a different type, individualized for themsevles- or because he doesn't have the Uchiha bloodline, his could be different. Nobody knows for sure at this point if he actaully has it or not, though since it was called the Mangekyou Sharingan in the manga it's probably one of the second two suggestions I made...
At any rate, go to Naruto Manga Returns(punch it in on Google if you must). I'm not sure of the exact chapter that he first uses it in, but I know it's after the 3 year jump, and during the whole Gaara thing, where they go to try to save him from the Akatsuki- so it's somewhere between Chapters 247 and 281. Read those.

No, he doesn't... and not only that, but he said that all his 'special people' aka friends, were already dead- Obito we know died from that rock crushing him, when he gave Kakashi his eye. And Rin(who probably wasn't even Kakashi's best friend, Obito probably was)... well, nobody is sure of what happened to her, but he didn't kill her.
So, however he got this eye, he didn't do it the way Itachi did- which is one of the other reasons that many people think it isn't really the Mangekyou. But they called it that in the manga... so, maybe Kakashi just found an alternative way of obtaining the Mangekyou Sharingan. Nobody knows for sure at this point.
I know, I'm not helping much.... But there isn't much I can say, since it's all speculation right now.
Well the whole rock crushing thing hurt both Kakashi-sensei and Obito-kun. Kakashi-sensei lost an eye and Obito-kun, well he lost a whole lot more. Obito-kun was dying and as a last wish, he gave up his eye for Kakashi-sensei. Obito-kun i guess was an uchiha (don't ask me this! i only know so much) so Kakashi-sensei obtained the bloodline trait of the sharingan.Please don't go on about the endings i put on names. Its a habit i have. sweatdrop

No you don't have to....You can do it the hard was as well...Like Uchiha Sasuke It activated as he was fighting with Naruto for the last time....(Well not excatly in Volumn 35 I believe...they fight again...)
