The port nation of Siralacy is a seafaring nation providing means of trade to other continents. Not interested in politcal gain like the rest of the world this nation is run by the Merchant's Guild. Though this is grounds of corruption because they guild has a love of money and valuables. Like the rest of the world, there is trouble afoot.

The Guilds of Siralacy
As a mercantile nation, this nation is run by the guilds, the guild masters each have a say in how things are done.
The Mechists Union: A group of mechanics, and engineers creating more advanced technologies from materials from salvage operations conducted by the Salvage Groups.
