Gamma Ray is what got me started on Power Metal and is one of my favorite PM bands (mainly because of this) I didn't see any Gamma Ray threads on here so I figured I'd make one. CHAT!

I love no world order, fantastic album, I like Land of the Free as well, those are my 2 favourites i reckon
Best song for me would probably be Heaven Or Hell

Metal Discharge gamma Rays pretty sick from what I've heard, Arent they like thrash power too? They're pretty much solid power. They have thrashy moments, but they're not really anything close to thrash.

Metal Discharge gamma Rays pretty sick from what I've heard, Arent they like thrash power too? Meh, not so much. If anything, thay've got that speed metal vibe every now and again. Good band. Their new album is pretty sweet.

I love gamma ray, my friend got me into them, one of the first powermetal bands that i liked, also one of my 'gateway' power metal bands...I have every thing bye them that i can find.

I recently managed to get hold of Power Plant as well nad my God its good........
I'm loveing this band more and more everytime I get a new one of their albums, I'm gonna look for somewhere out in space next

Random_dude_667 I recently managed to get hold of Power Plant as well nad my God its good........ I'm loveing this band more and more everytime I get a new one of their albums, I'm gonna look for somewhere out in space next Power Plant is almost my favorite Gamma Ray album, but I defnitely love Land of the Free way more, I also adore the little fact that Kiske accepted to sing for Kai one more time. heart

Dethrone Tyranny is by far my favorite song by them. Its like this guy trying to gather all kinds of villagers to overthrow some oppressive dictator or something. I wish there was a more epic way to say it but its 12:30 at night. Still... ******** awesome song.

Somewhere Out In Space is their best album. Beyond the Black Hole is an amazing song. It is Power Metal embodied in a song.
