Do you think that Manga book prices are to high? At first, $10 doesn't seem like a lot, But it really adds up for people who have like, 30 books. Thats $300 down the drain spent on books that don't really take that much skill to read. Yes, They are fun to read, but they don't really improve your reading skills now do they?

animeis literature...you can read it right? as long as you can read and spell whatever is written on paper is literature.

actually, anime is what they put on tv... and television is litterature... well at least whatever is entertainment... so anime is litterature...

It does help you read and you can practice reading and you can have reading it and yeah i think it is expensive.All 8 or 10 Volumes cost $100 total!

*Sigh* Well, you can look at this two ways... That $10 you spend helps to pay the manga-ka, publisher, mangaers, writers, assistants, and other people needed to make that manga possible. 3nodding Although, for the buyer of all these mangas does add up to a lot of money quite quickly... sweatdrop

i'd like to pay $7 per book, but that's because i like odd numbers whee . but Munch-san is right, people who work hard to put the manga out do need to be paid 3nodding . so but the manga on sell if you can!

when you think about it... id rather ten dollars than 15... and im canadian, so if in canada it costs ten dollars (canadian) and in the US it costs ten dollars (american), then, I really pay about 6 to 7 dollars, for My manga!

I think 10 dollars is a fine price. It's better then what most manga used to cost before it was extremely popular. Most of it cost around 18-20 dollars then. And most of it was a lot larger then it's more compact size it is today.

I think the price is pretty good. I'd like it to be $7 or $8, but $10 isn't all that bad really.

It is expenive but if you want to sell them you can for 10$ and you could make more then 50$ with 5 books!

i dont have a problem with the prices...i could buy my friend if she wanted a manga...i wouldnt have a problem with it. the price is fine.
