Alright, there are two separate lists for members who receive a ban. One list will consist of people who were banned, but are allowed to come back if they request to do so (I'm mainly focusing on people who had a post count of zero and want a second chance). The second list will contain usernames of people who have broken 3 or more rules and are not welcome here. The first list will be titled "Gray List" and the second one will be titled "Black List". Remember, if someone on the Black List requests to join, do not accept the request.
Here is how I would prefer the lists to be filled out:
Gray List - All you need is the username. People on the gray list tend to be the people who haven't posted. Feel free to accept requests from them.
Black List - Here's the fun part. Include the username and all of the violations the member has committed. The member should already have a record in the Warnings Sticky, so copying and pasting would be more than acceptable. Don't forget to number the offenses and tell exactly what they did wrong. Remember, "necroing" isn't against the rules, since we try to delete the topics in the main forum when they are about a week old. You cannot ban or Black List members on those grounds. If the member got an automatic ban, go ahead and tell why.
For both lists, just edit the post that has already been created and add the necessary information. This keeps things organized.
