The planet of West Kai, it is very similar to North Kai's planet which gives the two even more purpose for rivalry, both thinking the other stole their idea for a planet. Just like North Kai's planet, West Kai's planet is 10x that of Earths gravity even though it is extremely small. The two techniques you can learn from training with West Kai are:
-Kaio Shen (User's strength, speed, power, ect. are boosted)
-Thunder Flash (User attacks fast and strong with little energy loss)
